Sean todos bienvenidos un día más a mi nueva publicación en el día de hoy. Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien en este día tan lindo, a todos aquellos atletas que hacen parte del Streetworkout y la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia, todos los que hacen vida activa en la gran comunidad y familia de #SWC y el ecosistema de #Hive, espero que disfruten la lectura y vista de mi entrenamiento de hoy. En esta ocasión les comparto, enseño y comento acerca de mi rutina de entrenamiento enfocada en fortalecer y mejorar la zona muscular de los Hombros, además del movimiento llamado Handstand o Pino. Luego de empezar mis rutinas de recuperación en este movimiento, me ha ido de manera estupenda, el dolor y la molestia muscular que sentía ya no está, eso significa que mis entrenamientos de recuperación han funcionado muy bien. Mis ejercicios, el día de hoy, han sido un poco más intensos, pero cortos, debido a que tenía varias cosas pendientes por hacer de mi vida personal y tuve poco tiempo para realizar mis ejercicios, sin embargo, me dispuse a hacer valer ese poco tiempo que tenía y aprovecharlo al máximo. Luego de un calentamiento superbueno de activación de los hombros, mi primer ejercicio han sido aguantes de Handstand o Pino, realizando 10 segundos por 2 series, después realicé Push Ups o Flexiones en este movimiento, realizando 5 repeticiones por 3 series. Esos han sido mis 5 series más intensas, después he hecho 3 últimas series de ejercicio básico, que han sido las flexiones de Pica o Pick Push Ups, haciendo 10 repeticiones en cada serie. Esta rutina a pesar de ser corta ha sido muy buena, con la limitación de tiempo que disponía pude realizar una muy buena rutina intensa de este movimiento, ayudando mucho a reforzar y mejorar este movimiento.

On this occasion I share, teach and comment about my training routine focused on strengthening and improving the muscle area of the Shoulders, in addition to the movement called Handstand or Handstand. After starting my recovery routines in this movement, it has gone great for me, the pain and muscle discomfort I felt is no longer there, that means that my recovery workouts have worked very well. My exercises today have been a little more intense, but short, because I had several pending things to do in my personal life and I had little time to do my exercises, however, I decided to make the most of the little time I had and make the most of it. After a super good warm-up to activate the shoulders, my first exercise has been Handstand or Handstand holds, doing 10 seconds for 2 sets, then I did Push Ups or Push-ups in this movement, doing 5 repetitions for 3 sets. Those have been my 5 most intense sets, then I did 3 last sets of basic exercise, which have been the Pick Push Ups, doing 10 repetitions in each set. This routine, despite being short, has been very good, with the time limitation I had, I was able to do a very good intense routine of this movement, helping a lot to reinforce and improve this movement.
