Sean todos bienvenidos, mis amigos y compañeros atletas del Streetworkout y la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia, a todos los que hacen vida activa de la gran familia y comunidad de #SWC y el ecosistema de #Hive. Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien en este lindo día, en esta ocasión les vengo a traer la segunda parte de mi publicación donde les enseño, comparto y comento acerca de los movimientos de esta disciplina deportiva que he realizado en mí versus amistoso contra otro atleta que es principiante al igual que yo. Los combos que he utilizado se han basado mayormente en la fuerza del Front Lever y sus variantes, esto debido a que son los movimientos que más entreno y por ende son los que más domino, he realizado dos variantes diferentes de combos, diferentes, pero relacionadas, en esta publicación pueden observar algunas fotos de los movimientos y en mi publicación anterior les dejé las demás fotos que completas los otros movimientos que realicé, completando así los dos combos en mí versus amistoso. El primer combo ha sido claramente el más fuerte, haciendo una variación llamada 3-3-3 que contiene las 3 fuerzas del Front Lever que son Jale, Palanca y aguante. Seguido de aguantes de Victorian Lever y aguantes de Back Lever más Press. Este primer combo me ha desgastado mucho porque aplique mi máximo empeño y fuerza para poderlo tener de manera completa y completar un tiempo de al menos 45 segundos. Mi segundo combo, por obvias razones fue más suave, empezando con aguantes de Victorian Lever en paralelas, seguido de victorian lever en barra, seguido de presses de Front Lever que después gracias a un Pull Over realicé otro victorian en barra que culminó a la final con aguante de back lever y otra marca de front lever. Este combo ha sido básicamente de puros aguantes y solo 2 repeticiones de palancas, esto se debe a que ya estaba bastante agotado con el primer combo. Di mi mayor esfuerzo y mis mejores habilidades en este enfrentamiento amistoso, gracias a mi potencial desenvuelto me llevé la victoria del enfrentamiento, teniendo así mi primera victorian en el primer enfrentamiento amistoso que he tenido en toda mi vida. De esto quedan experiencias muy buenas, consejos y anécdotas de compañeros que son más expertos y el gran aprendizaje que es llevado a cabo en la realización de todos estos diferentes combos de movimientos de la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia.

I hope you are all very well on this beautiful day, this time I come to bring you the second part of my post where I teach, share and comment on the movements of this sport discipline that I have performed in myself versus friendly against another athlete who is a beginner like me. The combos I have used have been mostly based on the strength of the Front Lever and its variants, this because they are the movements that I train the most and therefore are the ones I master the most, I have performed two different variants of combos, different, but related, in this post you can see some photos of the movements and in my previous post I left you the other photos that complete the other movements that I performed, thus completing the two combos in myself versus friendly. The first combo was clearly the strongest, doing a variation called 3-3-3 that contains the 3 forces of the Front Lever which are Pull, Lever and hold. Followed by Victorian Lever holds and Back Lever holds plus Press. This first combo has worn me out a lot because I applied my maximum effort and strength to be able to have it completely and complete a time of at least 45 seconds. My second combo, for obvious reasons, was softer, starting with Victorian Lever holds on parallel bars, followed by Victorian Lever on bar, followed by Front Lever presses that later thanks to a Pull Over I performed another Victorian on bar that culminated in the final with back lever hold and another brand of front lever. This combo has basically been pure holds and only 2 repetitions of levers, this is because I was already quite exhausted with the first combo. I gave my best effort and my best skills in this friendly match, thanks to my developed potential I took the victory of the match, thus having my first victory in the first friendly match that I have had in my entire life. From this remain very good experiences, advice and anecdotes from colleagues who are more expert and the great learning that is carried out in the realization of all these different combos of movements of the sport discipline of Calisthenics.
