En esta ocasión, les voy a redactar de un momento que viví en mi primer enfrentamiento amistoso de Calistenia, junto a un compañero atleta del municipio de Michelena. Les enseño, comento y comparto algunas fotos de unos ejercicios que me ayudaron a ganarle a mi compañero llamado Ángel en mi primer enfrentamiento amistoso de Calistenia.
Estos ejercicios ya se los he enseñado en mis publicaciones anteriores, donde desempeño la fuerza de Jale y enfoco el movimiento del Front Lever. Las fotos de este momento de mi primer enfrentamiento amistoso ya se las he compartido, esta vez les daré una explicación de los resultados de mis ejercicios.
Primero que nada, los Presses de Front Lever, este ejercicio me da mucha resistencia y fuerza en el estático de Front Lever y por ende me da un mejor desenvolvimiento en lo largo de mi combo realizado porque me facilita poder aguantar todos aquellos movimientos que realicé con buena solidez y postura. El aguante de Touch y Pull Ups de Front Lever con liga, este ejercicio me ayudo a ganar fuerza y las Pull Ups de Front Lever, siendo este el ejercicio que me ha dado la victoria, ya que mi compañero no domina este ejercicio tanto como yo y ahí tuve una ventaja. El aguante de Victorian Lever en barra, este ejercicio fue uno de los esenciales porque gracias a la fuerza y resistencia ganada me ayudó a mantener todos los Victorian que lancé, ya que ha sido uno de los movimientos que más tuve que hacer para rellenar. Por último el Back Lever, un ejercicio que no domino bien aún, pero su práctica me ha ayudado a mantenerlo unos segundos que me ayudó a anexarlo al combo que realicé.
En conclusión, este momento vivido fue grandioso, mi compañero Ángel es una gran persona y fue un honor competir contra él en este enfrentamiento amistoso. Espero seguir viviendo estos grandes momentos de experiencia junto a mis amigos atletas que tienen gran potencial y tener mejoras mutuas.
On this occasion, I am going to write about a moment that I lived in my first friendly Calisthenics match, together with a fellow athlete from the municipality of Michelena. I show you, comment on and share some photos of some exercises that helped me beat my partner named Ángel in my first friendly Calisthenics match.
I have already shown you these exercises in my previous publications, where I perform the Pull strength and focus on the Front Lever movement. I have already shared the photos of this moment of my first friendly match with you, this time I will give you an explanation of the results of my exercises.
First of all, the Front Lever Presses, this exercise gives me a lot of resistance and strength in the Front Lever static and therefore gives me a better performance throughout my combo performed because it makes it easier for me to hold all those movements that I performed with good solidity and posture. The Touch and Front Lever Pull Ups hold with a band, this exercise helped me gain strength and the Front Lever Pull Ups, this being the exercise that has given me the victory, since my partner does not master this exercise as much as I do and there I had an advantage. The Victorian Lever hold on the bar, this exercise was one of the essential ones because thanks to the strength and resistance gained it helped me maintain all the Victorians that I threw, since it has been one of the movements that I had to do the most to fill. Lastly, the Back Lever, an exercise that I do not master well yet, but its practice has helped me maintain it for a few seconds which helped me add it to the combo that I performed.
In conclusion, this moment was great, my teammate Angel is a great person and it was an honor to compete against him in this friendly match. I hope to continue living these great moments of experience with my athlete friends who have great potential and to have mutual improvements.
