En esta ocasión, les vengo a enseñar, comentar y compartir acerca de algunos de mis ejercicios realizados el día de hoy en mi rutina de entrenamiento. Cabe destacar, que aún sigo en la etapa de preparación para la próxima competencia que tendré, que será la Copa Hive, donde tengo la oportunidad de competir con grandes atletas de buen nivel y rendimiento en la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia y quiero estar con un gran desempeño para este día tan esperado. Ya solo quedan pocas semanas para mi competencia, las ansias y el entusiasmo aumenta, quiero estar listo para poder demostrar mi gran esfuerzo y trabajo duro a todos aquellos atletas los cuales tendré la oportunidad de conocerlos y vivir y aprender cosas nuevas.
En mis ejercicios de hoy, he realizado una de mis rutinas planificadas que ya les he enseñado en mis publicaciones anteriores, también tuve que realizar algunos cambios en los ejercicios y demás cosas. Los ejercicios que voy a destacar en esta ocasión van a ser el aguante de Touch y las repeticiones de Pull Ups y Presses en Front Lever.
A día de hoy, llevo alrededor de 2 semanas con mis rutinas de entrenamiento planificadas, estoy notando de poco en poco, buenos resultados beneficiosos que me hacen muy feliz, tanto en ganancia muscular, de fuerza, de resistencia y desenvolvimiento en mis ejercicios realizados. Puedo notar una buena mejora en mis entrenamientos y eso me hace muy feliz. Me estoy esforzando para lograr un objetivo y poder un momento maravilloso en mi vida.
Todo trabajo duro y gran esfuerzo tiene su maravillosa recompensa tarde o temprano, no hay que ser ambiciosos, pero debemos siempre dar lo mejor de nosotros para superar nuestros límites y capacidades. A veces no entendemos lo grandes que somos y que con buenos cambios en nuestra vida, podemos tener un enorme desempeño en cualquier cosa que nos propongamos.
On this occasion, I come to teach you, comment and share about some of my exercises performed today in my training routine. It should be noted that I am still in the preparation stage for the next competition that I will have, which will be the Hive Cup, where I have the opportunity to compete with great athletes of good level and performance in the sport discipline of Calisthenics and I want to be with a great performance for this long-awaited day. There are only a few weeks left for my competition, the eagerness and enthusiasm increases, I want to be ready to be able to demonstrate my great effort and hard work to all those athletes whom I will have the opportunity to meet and experience and learn new things.
In my exercises today, I have done one of my planned routines that I have already taught you in my previous posts, I also had to make some changes in the exercises and other things. The exercises that I am going to highlight on this occasion are going to be the Touch hold and the Pull Ups and Presses repetitions in Front Lever.
As of today, I have been doing my planned training routines for about 2 weeks, I am noticing little by little, good beneficial results that make me very happy, both in muscle gain, strength, endurance and performance in my exercises performed. I can notice a good improvement in my workouts and that makes me very happy. I am striving to achieve a goal and to have a wonderful moment in my life.
All hard work and great effort has its wonderful reward sooner or later. We must not be ambitious, but we must always give our best to overcome our limits and capabilities. Sometimes we do not understand how great we are and that with good changes in our lives, we can have an enormous performance in anything we set out to do.
