Como he dicho en mis publicaciones anteriores, fui seleccionado para participar en esta competencia, teniendo también la oportunidad de emprender este viaje junto a mi amigo Logan Ramírez, que también fue seleccionado para participar. Un viaje que tuvo una duración de 14 horas en autobús hasta llegar al destino, donde hemos vivido experiencias maravillosas y momentos inolvidables.
Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estos han sido los movimientos que realicé en mi última ronda de la competencia, la final para disputar el primer puesto en la categoría semi-profesional.
En esta última ronda final, realicé el versus contra el atleta Wilber Contreras, un atleta que proviene del Estado Apure, Venezuela, que, sin duda alguna, tiene un potencial maravilloso y se nota cómo se esfuerza siempre por mejorar en esta disciplina deportiva.
Los dos mejores puntajes de la ronda semifinal fueron los seleccionados para disputar el primer lugar en esta categoría. Quiero destacar que en todas las rondas se evaluó con un método de tabla, es decir, todos contra todos en una suma total de puntos y tuve la suerte de quedar primero en cada ronda.
Los movimientos que realicé en la final fueron: aguante de Front Lever SAT, repeticiones de Pull Ups Archer, aguante de Front Lever Wide, luego un aguante de Back Lever Wide que fue seguido de un Victoria Lever con agarre amplio y una Pull Up to Hold en esta posición. Después, hice un aguante de Front Lever y cambié a hacer un Victorian Lever en paralelas, así mismo culminé con otros aguantes de Front Lever y Back Lever.
En este punto me encontraba muy cansado y la ronda fue de 1 minuto con 20 segundos, la ronda más larga de la competencia, algo que es extremadamente difícil para alguien que solo implica un elemento estático.
Concluyendo, quedé en segundo lugar por una diferencia de 0.5 puntos. Lo pasé muy bien en esta competencia, ayudé a organizar y demás, me siento agradecido por haber ido y regresarme con una gran satisfacción de un segundo lugar. Seguiré esforzándome por desarrollar más mis capacidades en esta disciplina deportiva y la próxima competencia será mejor que la anterior.
As I've mentioned in my previous posts, I was selected to participate in this competition, and I also had the opportunity to embark on this trip with my friend Logan Ramírez, who was also selected to participate. I want to emphasize that all rounds were evaluated using a table method, meaning everyone against everyone in a total of points, and I was fortunate enough to place first in each round.
The movements I performed in the finals were: a Front Lever SAT hold, Archer Pull-Ups repetitions, a Front Lever Wide hold, then a Back Lever Wide hold, followed by a Victoria Lever with a wide grip and a Pull-Up to Hold in this position. Afterward, I performed a Front Lever hold and switched to a Victorian Lever on the parallel bars, finishing with other Front Lever and Back Lever holds.
At this point, I was very tired, and the round lasted 1 minute and 20 seconds, the longest round of the competition, which is extremely difficult for someone who only competes in a static element.
In conclusion, I placed second by a margin of 0.5 points. I had a great time at this competition, helped organize it, and so on. I'm grateful to have attended and to come away with a great sense of satisfaction after a second place finish. I will continue to strive to further develop my skills in this sport, and the next competition will be better than the last.
