Hello friends of the HIVE community and members SWC, Miguel Louis @Togaswc, I hope everyone is well 🙏. Today I bring you another leg routine, but more advanced since for which I am also focused on leg training, how previously I also practiced some parkour and practically parkour, you have to strengthen the lower body a lot and in that time between a lot of resistance and I know more I want to share.💪 💪🏼
En esta rutina estoy más centrado en la hipertrofia, realizándo un mejor estimulo en el tren inferior y estar cerca del fallo muscular en cada serie. Cómo van a poder notar que los ejercicios además del peso está las variaciones en cada ejercicio. Lo importante es realizar todas las repeticiones de una manera controlada para lograr una mejor tensión mecánica y como son Repeticiónes altas, lograr un estre metabólico. Antes de entrenar siempre calentar muy bien con ejercicios dinámicos y series de aproximación y al final de la rutina estiramiento isométrico para culminar bien el entrenamiento 💪🏼
In this routine I am more focused on hypertrophy, performing a better lower body stimulus and being close to muscular failure in each series. How will they be able to notice that the exercises, in addition to the weight, are the variations at home exercise. The important thing is to perform all the repetitions in a controlled way to achieve better mechanical tension and, since they are high repetitions, achieve metabolic stress. Before training, always warm up very well with dynamic exercises and approach series and at the end of the routine isometric stretching to complete the training well.

Ejercicio 1:
Zancadas + sentadillas + rebotes dinamicas: Esta combinación con rebote, consiste en ponerte un límite como se apareciera en el vídeo la cual ya llegar al punto ya tus piernas estén estallando del estímulo y al regresar ya estés cerca del fallo muscular. Lo idea es en todo el recorrido hacer las repeticiones estrictamente, siempre espalda recta, ya que al momento de realizar el rebote, se suele bajar más la espalda. Por ser una combinación de ejercicios hacer series de 2-3, ida y vuelta cuando como 1 serie. Descansos de 3-4 minutos.Ejercicio 2:
Sentadillas combinadas: está combinación consiste en realizar las primeras 4 o 5 repeticiónes haciendo una fase excéntrica estricta y subir la céntrica explosiva, después hacer la fase excéntrica explosiva y la fase céntrica estricta y finalizar con 10-12 sentadillas continuas. Se debe realizar todo seguido sin descanso. Hacer 2-3 serles con descanso de 4min.Ejercicio 3:
Peso muerto + caucho + liga de resistencia: Este ejercicio es muy efectivo para trabajar más zona de los femorales y glúteos. Y para mayor enfasis en dichos músculos se añade una liga y lograr mayor estímulo al realizar dicho ejercicio. Series entre 3-4 entrene 10-15 repeticiónes con descansos de 3min.Ejercicio 4:
Bulgaras combinadas: Este ejercicio lo llamo "Bulgaras combinadas" por el motivo que es una variante igual a las Sentadillas combinadas, de hacer 4 repeticiónes en fase excéntrica estricta y céntrica explosiva, después 4 repeticiónes fase excéntrica explosiva y fase céntrica explosiva y después hacer 8 a 10 repeticiónes continúas. Series de 3 con descansos de 3min.
- Exercise 1:
Strides + squats + dynamic rebounds: This combination with rebound, consists of setting a limit as it appeared in the video, which already reaches the point and your legs are exploding from the stimulus and when you return you are already close to muscular failure. The idea is to do the repetitions strictly throughout the journey, always with a straight back, since at the moment of rebounding, the back is usually lowered more. - Exercise 2:
Combined squats: this combination consists of performing the first 4 or 5 repetitions doing a strict eccentric phase and raising the explosive centric phase, then doing the explosive eccentric phase and the strict centric phase and finishing with 10-12 continuous squats. Everything must be done continuously without rest. Do 2-3 rows with a 4-min break.
Exercise 3:
Deadlift + rubber + resistance band: This exercise is very effective for working more of the hamstrings and glutes. And for greater emphasis on these muscles, a league is added and achieve greater stimulation when performing said exercise. Series between 3-4 train 10-15 repetitions with 3-min breaksExercise 4:

Así fue la rutina de hoy de piernas como les dije que estoy enfocado en entrenar las piernas muy bien y llegar a mi objetivo con respecto al desarrollo muscular y ganar fuerza.
