Hello friends of the HIVE community and members SWC, TodayI'm Miguel Louis (Toga), I hope everyone is well 🙏. Today I bring you a back routine that I am currently doing, because as I told you in the previous post, that I am progressing in terms of strength and I want to share it with you today, it is intermediate level 1, I hope you like it 💪🏼
Está rutina por el volúmen de esfuerzo y ejercicios algo entre regular y alto, por tener ejercicios algo avanzados a nivel de explosividad y las series. Lo ideal es siempre semanalmente progresar sea a base de agregar una repetícion más o una series más de cada ejercicio, ese es mi método de entrenar y de verdad me resulta. Importante estirar y calentar correctamente antes de realizar una rutina.💪🏼
This routine is due to the volume of effort and exercises something between regular and high, for having somewhat advanced exercises at the level of explosiveness and the series. The ideal is always to progress weekly, either by adding one more repetition or one more series of each exercise, that is my method of training and it really works for me. Important to stretch and warm up correctly before performing a routine

Ejercicio 1:
Ching UPS explosivas : Este ejercicio consiste en realizar una ching ups, solo que de una manera explosiva que la barra este cerca del abdomen y así sucesivamente al bajar y subir, progresivamente se puede hacer un medio balance para realizar dicho ejercicio, series entre 4/5 entre 3-5 repeticiónes con descansos de 4min.Ejercicio 2:
Escaleritas: Este ejercicio lo llamo así "Escaleritas" porque se realiza en unos pasamanos que se puede conseguir en cualquier parque. Consiste en en cada pasamanos realizar una ching ups cerrada y cada ve que vayas avanzando cambiar a una dominada cerrada y así sucesivamente. Series entre 4/5 de 4-5 repeticiónes con descansos de 4min.Ejercicio 3:
Dominadas cerradas: es una ejercicio muy efectivo para causar más fatiga en la zona del dorsal ancho y antebrazos, consiste en realizar una dominada con un agarre prono y cerrado activando los dorsales antes de realizar una Reps. Hacer series de 4/5 de 6-7 repeticiónes con descansos de 4min.Ejercicio 4:
Australianas agarre neutral: Consiste en realizar una postura horizontal, pero en agarre neutral, realizar Repeticiónes aún ritmo normal en la baja y subida realizar una protraccion en fase excéntrica y retracción escapular en fase céntrica. Serles entre 4/5 de 8/10 Repeticiónes con descansos de 3min
Ejercicio 5:
Dominadas anchas + aguantar: consiste en realizar varias dominadas en agarre ancho y en la última repetición aguantar max segundos activando los dorsales y antebrazo. Series de 4/5 de 5-8 repeticiónes con descansos de 3min.
Exercise 1:
Explosive Ching UPS: This exercise consists of performing a ching ups, only in an explosive way that the bar is close to the abdomen and so on when going down and up, progressively you can do a medium balance to perform said exercise, series between 4/ 5 between 3-5 repetitions with 4-min breaks.Exercise 2:
Little Stairs: I call this exercise "little stairs" because it is done on some handrails that can be found in any park. It consists of performing a closed ching ups on each handrail and each time you advance, change to a closed pull-up and so on. Series between 4/5 of 4-5 repetitions with 4-min breaks.
- Exercise 3:
Closed pull-ups: it is a very effective exercise to cause more fatigue in the area of the latissimus dorsi and forearms. It consists of performing a pull-up with a prone and closed grip, activating the lats before performing a Rep. Do series of 4/5 of 6-7 repetitions with 4-min breaks.
- Exercise 4:
Australian neutral grip: It consists of performing a horizontal posture, but in a neutral grip, performing repetitions still normal rhythm in the lowering and raising, performing a protraction in the eccentric phase and scapular retraction in the centric phase. Serles between 4/5 of 8/10 Repetitions with 3min breaks.
Exercise 5:*
Wide pull-ups + hold: consists of performing several pull-ups in a wide grip and in the last repetition hold for a maximum of seconds activating the lats and forearms. Series of 4/5 of 5-8 repetitions with 3-min breaks.
