








Hola Comunidad de #SWC, en este post les comparto unas fotos de lo que fue un reto que realicé el día de ayer con mi club "Fortis Workout🦉".
Este reto nos lo planteó @markworkout, el cual consiste en que tenemos tan solo 1 minuto para realizar ejercicios básicos, con el objetivo de poder sumar el mayor número de puntos. Los ejercicios con sus respectivos puntos son: "Muscle-ups 4pts, Dominadas 2pts y Fondos 1pts"
En mi minuto hice "5 muscleups, 12 dominadas y 11 fondos", sumando 55pts pero debido a que en 2 dominadas no subí bien se me restaron 4pts, teniendo como resultado final 51pts.🔥
