Hola un saludo para todos mis amigos de las comunidades de #hive y la comunidad de #liketu y también a mis compañeros de la comunidad de #swc un gran y cordial saludo para todos Me presento, soy atleta de calistenia Victor-gs, hoy vengo a contarles sobre mi día de entrenamiento.
Primer ejercicio consiste en realizar aguantes de straddle planche durante tres segundos, completando un total de cuatro series. Este movimiento ayuda a desarrollar la fuerza en los hombros y el core. El segundo ejercicio son flexiones en 90 degrees, ejecutando tres repeticiones por serie y realizando cuatro series en total. Este ejercicio fortalece los tríceps y el pecho, mejorando la estabilidad en posiciones invertidas. A continuación, el tercer ejercicio son aguantes de lean planche, manteniendo la posición durante doce segundos en cada repetición, también con cuatro series. Este ejercicio incrementa la resistencia y control corporal, preparando el cuerpo para movimientos más exigentes. El cuarto ejercicio son flexiones en parado de manos, realizando cuatro repeticiones por serie y completando cuatro series. Este movimiento desafía la fuerza de los hombros y el equilibrio, siendo clave para dominar el handstand push-up. Por último, el quinto ejercicio son flexiones en lean planche, ejecutando seis repeticiones por serie y terminando con cuatro series. Este ejercicio refuerza la transición entre el lean planche y el planche completo, mejorando la fuerza explosiva y la coordinación. The first exercise consists of holding a straddle planche for three seconds, completing a total of four sets. This movement helps build strength in the shoulders and core. The second exercise is a 90-degree push-up, performing three repetitions per set and four sets in total. This exercise strengthens the triceps and chest, improving stability in inverted positions. Next, the third exercise is a lean planche hold, holding the position for twelve seconds on each repetition, also with four sets. This exercise increases endurance and body control, preparing the body for more demanding movements. The fourth exercise is a handstand push-up, performing four repetitions per set and completing four sets. This movement challenges shoulder strength and balance, which is key to mastering the handstand push-up. Finally, the fifth exercise is lean planche push-ups, performing six repetitions per set and finishing with four sets. This exercise reinforces the transition between lean planche and full planche, improving explosive strength and coordination. This is a short routine I created at home; I hope it helps.
