En compañía de mi compañero @bertnez le traemos un vídeo demostrando nuestro nivel llevando al límite uno de los elementos más buscado en la calistenia, el cual se llama Front Lever, @bertnez y yo llevamos entrenando este elemento de manera separada un poco más o un poco menos de 2 años, y hasta los momentos la verdad consideramos que tenemos gran dominancia de este truco, aún con expectativas de irlo mejorando cada vez más. Motivación
Motivation
Cuando empecé a entrenar el Front Lever, al igual como cualquier otro elemento tenía el deseo de conseguirlo algún día, y más que eso, tener una gran variación y dominancia. Día tras día lo veía como algo inalcanzable, ya que sentía que mis entrenamientos no estaban valiendo la pena, me sentía estancando con unos pocos segundos de este elemento.
When I started training the Front Lever, just like any other element I had the desire to achieve it one day, and more than that, to have great variation and dominance. Day after day I saw it as something unattainable, since I felt that my workouts were not worth it, I felt stagnant with a few seconds of this element.
Pero como hablé en un post anterior, la vida tiene altas y bajas, y en ese momento yo estaba en un retroceso tomando impulso para lo que se venía.
But as I talked about in a previous post, life has ups and downs, and at that moment I was in a retreat, gaining momentum for what was to come.

Recuerdo cuando hubo un momento donde empecé a evolucionar este elemento de forma rápida, consiguiendo mis primeras Pull ups, mejorando mis Press y obteniendo buenos segundos con postura.
I remember when there was a moment where I began to evolve this element quickly, achieving my first Pull ups, improving my Presses and obtaining good seconds with posture.

Ya han pasado más de 2 años desde que empecé a entrenar este elemento y la verdad me siento súper orgulloso de no haberme rendido nunca, puede que no lo domine al 100% pero comparándolo con el pasado, tengo más lo que logre imaginar en algún momento. Espero seguir avanzando en este elemento, dominarlo más día a día y lo más importante, disfrutar del progreso.
It's been more than 2 years since I started training this element and the truth is I feel super proud of never having given up, I may not have mastered it 100% but comparing it with the past, I have more than I can imagine at some point. . I hope to continue advancing in this element, master it more day by day and most importantly, enjoy the progress.
