Community, en esta ocasión vengo a compartir con ustedes una pequeña rutina de uno de los ejercicios que llevara nuestra fuerza de empuje a otro nivel, sí, hablo de las Push Ups a 90º, un ejercicio que considero fundamental a la hora de querer entrenar plancha para conseguir con más facilidad las Push Ups ya sea en Full o Straddle Planche, también les estaré mostrando algunos ejercicios o progresiones que deberían de dominar uno por uno para que las Push Ups a 90º se les haga más fácil. Las Push Ups a 90º es un ejercicio de dificultad avanzada, donde realizamos una flexión profunda y quedar en un ángulo, tal y como dice su propio nombre, a 90º. Nos podremos en posición de pino/handstand y bajaremos manteniendo el equilibrio hasta llegar abajo y quedar paralelo al suelo, sin apoyarse de los codos o dorsales, posteriormente subir el cuerpo y estirar los brazos. También puede ser viceversa, realizando la flexión de abajo hacia arriba.
The 90º Push Ups is an exercise of advanced difficulty, where we perform a deep flexion and remain at an angle, just as its name says, at 90º. We can stand in a handstand/handstand position and go down, maintaining our balance until we reach the bottom and remain parallel to the ground, without supporting ourselves with our elbows or back, then raise our body and stretch our arms. A continuación les estaré dejando las progresiones que deberían de dominar ordenados desde el más fácil hasta el más complicado. A medida que vayan teniendo más dominancia de cada una de estas progresiones, las Push Ups a 90º se les hará más fácil.
