En está ocasión, vengo a compartir con ustedes, la rutina que me encuentro haciendo actualmente para conseguir o perfeccionar el One Arm Front Lever, un truco que tengo meses buscándolo, pero que nunca le dediqué un entrenamiento tan específico al menos de manera constante, así que me puse como meta este año terminar de conseguir este elemento a la perfección. Si me preguntan si tengo el One Arm Front Lever, la respuesta está entre si y no, porque lo puedo hacer tranquilamente, pero con muy mala postura, doblando el cuerpo un poco al exceso y da mal aspecto, y quiero demostrar que puedo hacer más que eso.
