Quise ir ya que muchos se habían animado en asistir el día de hoy domingo 02/07/2023 con la idea de hacer algunos Vs amistosos, pero debido a la hora, no se pudo realizar, pero igualmente cada uno de nosotros nos animamos a realizar combos a pesar de la carga que teníamos de los entrenamientos del transcurso de la semana. La verdad tenía mucho cansancio, pero eso no fue una excusa e intenté demostrar mi máximo potencial, sin más nada que decir, vamos con el video.Greetings friends of

Motivation
A pesar del cansancio, me sentí superorgulloso de mi progreso, más que todo porque estuve al rededor de 2 meses con entrenamientos muy flojos, entrenando 1 o 2 veces por semana, por algunos desánimos, falta de disciplina, motivación, entre otros motivos. Mi nivel como atleta disminuyo drásticamente que no perdí muchos elementos, pero sí perdí su dominio, y que hoy en día estoy volviendo a dominar y orgullosamente siendo mucho mejor que antes.
Despite the fatigue, I felt super proud of my progress, mostly because I spent about 2 months with very weak training, training 1 or 2 times a week, due to some discouragement, lack of discipline, motivation, among other reasons. My level as an athlete decreased drastically, I did not lose many elements, but I did lose his mastery, and today I am mastering it again and proudly being much better than before.
Hace aproximadamente un mes, volví a mis entrenamientos diarios de manera constante, sin descanso, sin excusa y con una mentalidad de ser mejor que el día de ayer. Y hasta el día de hoy sigo con esa mentalidad, y mucho más al ver mi gran progreso combo tras combo, nunca pensé que volvería así de fuerte en tan poco tiempo, superando mi yo anterior y ver como me recompensa la vida por mi gran esfuerzo.

No importa cuantas veces caigas, cuanto te cueste subir el siguiente escalón, si fallas, tomate tu tiempo y toma fuerzas para dar un fuerte impulso a la cima. Tarde o temprano tu gran esfuerzo, constancia, disciplina darán frutos y te sentirás orgullo al ver que el esfuerzo de ayer, no fue un desperdicio para el día de hoy.

No importa si los demás van por delante de ti, quién es mejor o quién es peor, ve a tu ritmo y sin apuros. No estés por el camino comparándote con los demás, ya que tu competencia, deberías ser tú, con el objetivo de superar a tú yo anterior, ser mejor que el día de ayer, proponerte retos y te des cuenta de todo el potencial tienes. Recuerda que si nadie cree en ti, siempre habrá alguien en el fondo, admirándote por tu esfuerzo, queriendo ser como tú, sin duda alguna.

Do not be on the road comparing yourself with others, since your competition should be you, with the aim of surpassing your previous self, being better than yesterday, proposing challenges and realizing all the potential you have. Remember that if nobody believes in you, there will always be someone in the background, admiring you for your effort, wanting to be like you, without a doubt.
Yo toqué fondo y hoy en día intento llegar a la cima sin duda alguna, muchos dirían que estarían conforme con un nivel de atleta como el mío, y ese es el primer error, nunca seas conformista, ve por más, no importa si conseguiste lo que siempre has querido, esfuérzate día tras día para ser muchísimo mejor y conseguir más de lo que esperabas, sin más nada que decir, sé tu mejor versión, disfruta el progreso y no te rindas nunca.
