¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien en el día de hoy, finalizando por fin la semana. Hoy les compartiré algunas fotografías recordando el año 2023. Un año en que descubrí lo que realmente quería como atleta del Street Workout. Apenas estaba empezando a conocer el mundo de los básicos. Como pueden ver, estaba más delgado comparado con cómo estoy actualmente.
Greetings to the entire Hive and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great today, finally ending the week. Today I will share with you some pictures looking back on the year 2023. A year when I discovered what I really wanted as a Street Workout athlete. I was just starting to get to know the world of basics. As you can see, I was leaner compared to where I am today.

Empecé a entrenar realmente en el año 2020, pero solo calistenia. No veía como objetivo el Street Workout y sus elementos porque no me llamaban tanto la atención; solamente quería mejorar mi estado físico. Sin embargo, cuando empezó el año 2023, quería probar nuevas cosas respecto al Street Workout. Empecé a salir más a menudo al parque y busqué en videos de YouTube cuáles eran los elementos más fáciles. A partir de que dominé la parada de manos, un estático que al principio me costó bastante dominar. Meses después lo dominé; como pueden ver en la foto, ya podía hacer la parada de las paralelas altas.
I really started training in 2020, but only calisthenics. I didn't see Street Workout and its elements as a goal because they didn't appeal to me that much; I just wanted to improve my fitness. However, when 2023 started, I wanted to try new things regarding Street Workout. I started going out to the park more often and searched YouTube videos for the easiest elements. Once I mastered the handstand, a static one that I had a hard time mastering at first. Months later I mastered it; as you can see in the picture, I could already do the high parallel handstand.

Muy pocas personas se atreven a hacer la parada de manos en las paralelas altas por miedo a caerse; sin embargo, yo perdí ese miedo. Más tarde intenté el back lever en straddle; estaba comenzando en el mundo de los estáticos, prácticamente era un novato. Actualmente, teniendo más conocimiento, me faltaba bajarlo más. En esa época era muy peludo, jaja, tenía muchísimo cabello.
Very few people dare to do the handstand on the high parallel for fear of falling; however, I lost that fear. Later I tried the back lever in straddle; I was just starting out in the world of static, I was practically a novice. Nowadays, having more knowledge, I needed to lower it more. At that time I was very hairy, haha, I had a lot of hair.

Semanas después quería visitar parques a los cuales no había ido; uno de ellos era las Ballenas del ejército. Mi mamá siempre me ha dicho que es uno de los mejores parques que tiene Maracay; sin duda alguna yo quería ir para sentir un ambiente diferente.
Weeks later I wanted to visit parks I had never been to; one of them was the Whales of the Army. My mum has always told me that it is one of the best parks in Maracay; without a doubt I wanted to go there to feel a different atmosphere.

Realicé la parada de manos en las paralelas altas; eso sí, estas son mucho más bajas que en las ballenitas. No solo realicé la parada de manos, sino que también hice back lever, básicos y estiramientos. A partir de este momento me di cuenta de que el Street Workout es lo mío. Espero que les gusten las fotografías; muchas bendiciones para todos ustedes.
I did the handstand on the high parallel bars, although they are much lower than on the whales. Not only did I do the handstand, but I also did back lever, basics and stretching. From that moment on I realised that Street Workout is my thing. I hope you like the pictures; many blessings to you all.
