Greetings to the whole Hive, Liketu and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. Today I'm going to talk to you about the importance of bottoms. Bottoms are like bread and butter in the calisthenics world; they are essential. Imagine doing an exercise that not only helps you build upper body strength, but also gives you that extra push to feel strong and capable. By doing lunges, you work those chest, triceps and shoulder muscles that are key to many other movements.
Pero aquí no se detiene la cosa. Al realizar este ejercicio, también estás fortaleciendo esos músculos estabilizadores alrededor de tus hombros y tu core. Esto es súper importante porque, a medida que avanzas en tu entrenamiento, necesitarás esa estabilidad para ejecutar movimientos más complejos sin perder el equilibrio.
But it doesn't stop there. By doing this exercise, you're also strengthening those stabiliser muscles around your shoulders and core. This is super important because, as you progress in your training, you'll need that stability to execute more complex movements without losing your balance.

Plus, doing lunges helps you connect your mind with your muscles. When you're in there pushing up, you really feel every part of your body working together. It's like a little meditation in motion.
