¡Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien, chicos. En el día de hoy compartiré con ustedes unas fotografías haciendo estáticos. Si detallaron mi publicación anterior, era de un calentamiento que estaba haciendo antes de entrenar estáticos. Una vez hecho ese calentamiento específico para evitar lesiones, era momento de comenzar mi entrenamiento. La idea de tener los elementos del Street Workout es con el objetivo de que más adelante lo hagamos con combinaciones.
Warm greetings to the whole Hive and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. Today I will share with you some pictures of me doing static. If you noticed my previous post, it was of a warm up I was doing before static training. Once I had done that specific warm up to avoid injury, it was time to start my training. The idea of having the elements of the Street Workout is with the objective that later on we can do it with combinations.
Yo, en lo personal, suelo combinar primero empezando con Olímpica, siguiendo con straddle planche, luego front y por último back lever. Como podrán detallar, esta vez hice los estáticos mucho mejor comparado con anteriormente; me siento satisfecho con el resultado que estoy obteniendo. Faltan unas cosas por corregir, pero ya no estoy en el mismo lugar que antes, chicos. La clave está en seguir entrenando con ánimos o sin ánimos; la disciplina y la obsesión destacarán en ti si realmente amas este deporte.
Personally, I usually combine first starting with Olympic, then straddle planche, then front and finally back lever. As you can see, this time I did the static ones much better compared to before; I'm satisfied with the result I'm getting. There are a few things to correct, but I'm not in the same place as before, guys. The key is to keep training with or without encouragement; discipline and obsession will stand out in you if you really love this sport.
