¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive, Liketu y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien. En el día de hoy les compartiré algunas fotografías haciendo estáticos para la Copa Hive, un evento del año que cada vez se acerca más. A pesar de no haber competido en tantas competencias, me siento tranquilo; quien gane, que tenga que ganar, y si pierdo, seré un buen perdedor y aprenderé de esas lecciones de la vida. A veces puede que las cosas no salgan como uno quiere, pero esas son enseñanzas para ser mejor atleta.
Greetings to the whole Hive, Liketu and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing well. Today I'll share with you some pictures of me doing static for the Hive Cup, an event of the year that is getting closer and closer. Despite not having competed in so many competitions, I feel calm; whoever wins, has to win, and if I lose, I'll be a good loser and learn from those life lessons. Sometimes things may not go the way you want them to, but those are lessons to be a better athlete.
Recuerdo que competí en la SWDB 3ª edición; me faltaba mucho nivel por delante, pero decidí participar para vivir la experiencia de las competencias. Tenemos que recordar que no es lo mismo entrenar en un parque y hacer tu rutina tranquilo que estar compitiendo contra otros atletas. La experiencia es única y no se olvida. Bueno chicos, en el día de ayer realicé estáticos como les estaba diciendo; hice primero la plancha, un estático que aún me falta corregir, pero ya no estoy en el mismo nivel de antes. Luego de eso realicé el front lever; aquí sí tengo un poco de debilidad para ejecutar la máxima progresión. Me sentía bastante ligero a pesar de todo y por último hice back lever + press, que por fin estoy dominando mejor este estático; sencillo como muchos dicen, no es.
I remember I competed in the SWDB 3rd edition; I had a long way to go, but I decided to participate to experience the competitions. We have to remember that it's not the same to train in a park and do your routine quietly as it is to compete against other athletes. The experience is unique and you don't forget it. Well guys, yesterday I did static as I was telling you; first I did the plank, a static that I still need to correct, but I'm not at the same level as before. After that I did the front lever; here I have a little weakness to execute the maximum progression. I felt quite light despite everything and finally I did back lever + press, which I am finally mastering better this static; simple as many say, it is not.
