Vamos a enfocarnos en dominadas, bardips (fondos en barras) y fondos con hollow. Esta combinación te ayudará a fortalecer la espalda, los hombros y los brazos.
Greetings to the whole Hive, Liketu and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. Today I bring you a great routine to work your upper body. We're going to focus on pull-ups, bardips (barbell dips) and hollow dips. This combination will help you strengthen your back, shoulders and arms.
Calentamiento (5-10 minutos)
Antes de empezar, es fundamental calentar bien para preparar tus músculos y prevenir lesiones. Puedes hacer algunos movimientos circulares con los brazos y estiramientos dinámicos. También te recomiendo activar el core haciendo un par de series de planchas laterales, manteniendo cada lado unos 30 segundos
Warm-up (5-10 minutes)
Before starting, it is essential to warm up well to prepare your muscles and prevent injuries. You can do some circular arm movements and dynamic stretches. I also recommend activating your core by doing a couple of sets of lateral planks, holding each side for 30 seconds.
1. Dominadas
- Series: 4
- Repeticiones: Entre 10 y 15 (ajusta según tu nivel)
- Descanso: 90 segundos entre series.
Pull-ups
- Sets: 4
- Repetitions: Between 10 and 15 (adjust according to your level)
- Rest: 90 seconds between sets.
Las dominadas son un ejercicio clave para fortalecer los músculos de la espalda, especialmente el dorsal ancho, además de trabajar los bíceps y el core. Recuerda colgarte con los brazos extendidos, tirar hacia arriba hasta que tu barbilla pase la barra y bajar controladamente.
Pull-ups are a key exercise for strengthening the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi, as well as working the biceps and core. Remember to hang with your arms outstretched, pull yourself up until your chin passes the bar and lower yourself in a controlled manner.
2. Bardips (Fondos en barras)
- Series: 4
- Repeticiones: Entre 20 y 30.
- Descanso: 90 segundos entre series.

- Sets: 4
- Repetitions: Between 20 and 30.
- Rest: 90 seconds between sets.
Los bardips son excelentes para tus tríceps, pecho y hombros. Mantén el torso ligeramente inclinado hacia adelante para activar más el pecho. Baja hasta que tus codos formen un ángulo de aproximadamente 90 grados y empuja hacia arriba con fuerza.
Bardips are great for your triceps, chest and shoulders. Keep your torso leaning slightly forward to further activate your chest. Lower until your elbows are at about a 90-degree angle and push up hard.
3. Fondos con hollow
- Series: 3
- Repeticiones: Entre 10 y 15.
- Descanso: 60 segundos entre series.
3. Hollow dips
- Sets: 3
- Repetitions: Between 10 and 15.
- Rest: 60 seconds between sets.
Los fondos con hollow en las paralelas se centran principalmente en el pecho y hombros son una variación muy efectiva. Coloca tus manos a la altura de los hombros y baja hasta que tus codos estén a unos 90 grados.
Hollow bottoms on parallel bars that focus primarily on the chest and shoulders are a very effective variation. Place your hands at shoulder level and lower until your elbows are at about 90 degrees.
Enfriamiento (5-10 minutos)
No olvides estirar al final para facilitar la recuperación. Concéntrate en estirar bien tus brazos, pecho y espalda.
Cool down (5-10 minutes)
Don't forget to stretch at the end to facilitate recovery. Concentrate on stretching your arms, chest and back.
Recuerda siempre mantener una buena técnica durante todos los ejercicios; esto no solo mejora tu rendimiento sino que también previene lesiones. Si ves que puedes hacer más repeticiones sin comprometer tu forma, ¡adelante! Escucha a tu cuerpo; si sientes algún dolor extraño, es mejor descansar o consultar a alguien.
Always remember to maintain good technique during all exercises; this not only improves your performance but also prevents injury. If you find that you can do more reps without compromising your form, go for it! Listen to your body; if you feel any strange pain, it's best to rest or consult someone.
