¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive, Liketu y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien, chicos. Estoy agradecido por poder compartir con ustedes en el día de hoy. Hoy les compartiré parte de lo que realicé ayer en el parque, como último entrenamiento del año. La verdad, estoy muy orgulloso como atleta, de las nuevas personas que he conocido y por haber entrado a la blockchain de Hive y compartir con mi comunidad SWC.
Greetings to the whole Hive, Liketu and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. I'm grateful to be able to share with you today. Today I'll share with you part of what I did yesterday in the park, as my last workout of the year. I'm really proud of myself as an athlete, of the new people I've met and for joining the Hive blockchain and sharing with my SWC community.
Ayer estuve un rato con los muchachos hablando y entrenando estáticos, sobre todo practicando combos en las paralelas y barra fija. Ya sea front lever, planche, back lever o, en su defecto, el one arm back lever. Fue un día bastante entretenido junto a mis amigos del Street Workout. Además de entrenar, disfrutamos de la buena compañía y motivación que siempre nos brindamos mutuamente.
Yesterday I spent some time with the guys talking and training static, mainly practising combos on the parallel and fixed bar. Either front lever, planche, back lever or, failing that, the one arm back lever. It was quite a fun day with my friends from Street Workout. Besides training, we enjoyed each other's company and motivation.
Espero que este año que comienza sea mucho mejor, sobre todo para corregir errores y ganar mucha más fuerza en mis estáticos. Estoy decidido a mejorar mis marcas y seguir aprendiendo de cada sesión. Que pasen una buena noche con su familia, chicos. ¡Feliz año nuevo 2025! ¡Que este año esté lleno de logros y nuevas metas para todos!
I hope that this new year will be much better, especially in terms of correcting mistakes and gaining much more strength in my static training. I'm determined to improve my marks and keep learning from each session.
