For this week, we've gathered a number of contests, Initiatives and Hive Features that we hope newbies and any hiver reading through can engage in and explore the Hive blockchain. Remember, adequate engagement is anyone's best shot at growing here on Hive.

CCC's Street Art Contest #3 {Ends September 6, 2020}
For the street art lovers who are on hive, you can give the CCC's Street Art Contest #3. The rules are pretty simple and can be found in the post by @digi-me highlighted in the previous sentence. We all love food one way or the other, this gives you an opportunity to blog about you doing what you enjoy and also earn some Hive in return. TWITTER CAMPAIGN: #HIVE 30 DAYS PUSHUP CHALLENGE TO THE SPORTING COMMUNITY WORLD
This post was shared by @emekasegun as an initiative to take Hive as a blockchain to all brands of sports! This goes to show that the community is open to even athletes and sportsmen!

Hive Power Up Day, September 1st 2020
For hivers who are not newbies, you ought to be familiar with @streetstyle's Hive Power Up Day. The event takes place on the 1st day of every month and it is an initiative aimed at helping hivers grow all round (by powering up) and also help make Hive much better.
For newbies who might be wondering what's up? Well, powering up helps to make your vote more substantial and you get to earn more curation rewards.
Support @cryptoknight12's Nephew's Fundraiser
In a bid to experiment with Hive and 'Hive kids' which we find very encouraging, @cryptoknight12 proposes to help his nephew with raising funds. You can buy incentives to support this young lad as he seems very enthusiastic about it. Pop in if you are chanced to help the enterpreneur nephew achieve his Fundraising goal.

Wrapped Hive v1.0 is now open sourced!
For all hivers, this is pretty much good news. @fbslo released a post sharing a link to the open source of this very important and innovative feature of Hive.
For anyone wondering what wHIVE or wrapped Hive means, @fbslo post titled; 'Introducing Wrapped Hive - Hive on Ethereum!' discusses the use and purpose of wHIVE as it serves as link between Hive Blockchain and Ethereum Blockchain.

BarterTrade Collaborates with Hive
Bartertrade is an active exchange trading platform for cryptos. They recently collaborated with Hive to utilize Hive as their web 3.0 social platform. This way, Hive will also get listed on BarterTrade.

Introducing Wrapped LEO | Exchange Listings and Liquidity Pool Incentives
With much progress made by @fbslo on the wHive project, @steem.leo recently announced the prospect of LEO getting similarly wrapped. You can check out the introduction post to get adequate details on the benefits that come with this new development for all LEO users and hivers.
To round things up, be sure to include the necessary tags, and obey the rules and guidelines when participating any of the contests or initiatives. And remember that engagement is the best way to grow on hive.
