I hope you are well or are doing your best to be well. Today I want to share a small thing with you that has been slipping out of my mind for a while, and a very kind person kindly reminded me about a community's weekly prompt.

It's actually a bit complicated for me. Because I don't believe that anyone can feel great 24/7 and it's very hard to feel good most of the time. So trying to be nice all the time is also very difficult.
When I start to feel better thanks to the beautiful people around me, I start smiling all the time. And that evolves into more kindness.
What was I going to talk about, what am I talking about...
Anyway... I want to tell you a little bit about hospital work. Being a health worker is hard. It's not good to see people who are constantly sick and groaning with pain. That's why I like to approach them with a smiling face.
Smiling at the doctors and especially the nurses who take blood from you and trying to be a little polite can solve a lot of your problems.
Telling them about a problem with your skin, or if you have a blood- transmitted disease, and smiling a bit can make them treat you more kindly. Of course, this is not a guarantee because the ruthlessness of the health systems can make them stricter than we think.
But either way, it increases the possibility that they can solve a lot of your problems that are immediately solvable.
This is my humble advice to you. Of course, it is a very good thing to be friendly to everyone. It is the same to be polite, but this effect is a little different in health workers. I have tried this many times. I got great results almost every time. There are very few doors that a smiling face and saying ‘please’ cannot open.
