Life is the most precious thing for everyone, and I believe that nobody wants to lose their life at any cost. At the same time, life is not a bed of roses, and we need to struggle to survive for a better life. Sometimes struggle can be painful and hard to escape from, but choosing to do suicide, is not the solution to it.
Maybe you are thinking that is why I am saying this. I am saying this because recently one of my distant relatives committed suicide. The person who committed suicide was similar in my age. Let's call him Ajay.
Ajay completed his graduation 1.5 years ago. His result was average, and finding a job with that result was pretty tough. So in the last 1.5 years he was an unemployed person. Such a time stress comes naturally, and sometimes it results in depression, which is very normal. In the case of Ajay, a similar thing happened. Most of his friends were doing jobs, and communication with friends was reduced for it. Nobody wants to be dependent on family at such an age, but he was kind of helpless. In that kind of mental situation, I think family needed to support and motivate him, but they did the opposite thing. They criticized him and blamed him, saying he was not serious in studying and he was facing the consequences. For his family, he felt like a burden.
Ajay also had a girlfriend, and he was in deep love with her. I don't know too much about his girlfriend, but for some reason, they quarreled, and coincidentally, his family acknowledged about his relationship at that time. Unfortunately, his parents were not ready to accept the relationship, and they quarreled again and again on this topic, and at one point Ajay's mother told him to die, and she didn't need such a useless and bad son because of her anger.
In the next morning, they found Ajay as a dead person, as he committed suicide. I went there, and I saw all of his family members crying, and his mother became senseless again and again. I also couldn't believe that Ajay finished his life, but it was the reality, and I had to accept it. I felt very bad to see his mother's condition. I think his mother may not forgive herself in her remaining life as she lost her only son.
I don't want to blame anyone, but I think parents need to act understanding the mental situation of their child. At the same time, I don't understand what song is with the young people. Why they are cowards to face the harsh reality.
