Hay especialistas y hasta en las redes sociales, puedes encontrar rituales, ejercicios, mantras y personas que se dedican a la ayuda espiritual.
Por supuesto que hay persona charlatanes y que tratan de engatusar a otras. Pero, también hay personas muy espirituales que dicen la verdad. Pero, hay que tener presente, que cada quien tiene su punto de vista de lo que es la verdad.
El ser humano, necesita creer en algo para aferrarse y tener esperanzas, creo que este es el único punto donde todos coincidimos.
Anteriormente se creía que el cuerpo se enfermaba solo, pero hay estudios donde se indica el alma y la mente afectan a la parte física. Es decir hay una estrecha relación. De igual manera se ha descubierto que somos energía y podemos vibrar alto y alto, y esto también repercute en el cuerpo físico.
