Life itself is temporary, transient and fleeting. Time makes this transition possible and allows us to leave everything in the past and start with a new day. That is why we must move forward, let go of our fears and sadness and wait for new opportunities. Above all, do not get bogged down and continue on the road. Because staying there suffering will not solve the adverse or negative situation, and as they say: "Everything passes".
I have heard this phrase since I was a child, and now is when I find the most sense in it. I used to say to myself: There will be a way to prevent these things from happening. Years later, I would ask myself: Why does this happen to me? OMG, all life is a tongue twister, and if it happens, what do I do? Today I have discovered that the phrase does make sense. Difficult situations happen to all human beings at some point in life.
It may happen to some more than others, but you have to get up because everything happens and experiences remain to avoid making the same mistakes. From my point of view and from what I have read, the mind plays a fundamental role, since it emphasizes and reinforces this negative thought even when it has already happened. We have to trick it and make it crazy so that it calms down and stops bothering us.
Everything happens...
Life is a constant movement, which allows everything to flow and release everything that has caused us negative events and bad times, which have affected our life and have turned it upside down. But as it enters it leaves, we just have to avoid that the mind keeps the negative thinking active. For this reason, it is necessary to send positive messages, calm the soul and reach the balance to close the way.

La vida misma es temporal, es algo transitorio y fugaz. El tiempo hace posible esa transición y permite dejar todo en el pasado e iniciar con un nuevo día. Es por esto, que hay que seguir adelante, dejar los miedos, la tristeza y esperar nuevas oportunidades. Sobre todo, no enfrascarse y continuar el camino. Ya que quedarse allí sufriendo, no va a solucionar la situación adversa o negativa, y como dicen por ahí: “Todo pasa”.
Esta frase la escuché desde niña, y ahora es cuando más le encuentro sentido. Antes decía para mí: Habrá alguna manera de evitar que estas cosas pasen. Años después, me preguntaba: ¿Por qué a mí, me sucede esto? OMG, toda la vida es un trabalenguas, y si pasa, ¿qué hago? Hoy por hoy he descubierto, que la frase sí tiene sentido. Ya que las situaciones difíciles, les suceden a todos los seres humanos en algún momento de la vida.
Puede que le suceda a unos más que a otros, pero hay que levantarse porque todo pasa y quedan las experiencias para evitar cometer los mismos errores. Desde mi punto de vista y de lo que he leído, la mente juega un papel fundamental, ya que nos recalca y refuerza este pensamiento negativo aun cuando ya pasó. Hay que engañarla y volverla loquita para que se aquiete y deje de molestarnos.
Todo pasa…
La vida es un constante movimiento, lo cual permite que todo fluya y se libere todo lo que nos ha causado eventos negativos y malas rachas, que han afectado nuestra vida y la han puesto patas arriba. Pero así como entra esto sale, solo hay que evitar que la mente mantengan el pensamiento negativo activo. Es por esta razón, que hay que mandarle mensajes positivos, aquietar el alma y alcanzar el equilibrio para cerrarle el paso.

Some people may say that some situations are more difficult than others, because they think that their pain is greater than that of others. But this has no measure, it is something qualitative; losing a love, mourning for a loved one or pet, the estrangement of a friend, among other things, is very traumatic. Everything will depend on who suffers it and the magnitude that he/she gives it. But anyway... Everything passes... As Erasmus of Rotterdam said: "Time takes away all pain".
I believe it is true, that time helps to heal the wounds, accept the losses and takes away the tears. They also say that everything happens for a reason. Actually, I don't understand it and I will never assimilate losses as something that has to be. For me, it's hard for me to acknowledge that my loved ones I will never see or hug again. But, life goes on and we must go on. We must try to minimize the impact on our daily lives.
It works for me to meditate, listening to relaxing music and sounds, sitting in the rocking chair, in the garden, listening to the birds chirping and daydreaming. Also, when I am grateful for a peace that helps me achieve balance. There are many ways to weather the rough patches and hope the wind blows in my favor. What one should not do is to stay on the ground and fall into a lethargy that is detrimental to one's health.

[Spanish,Here]> Hay situaciones más difíciles que otras, podrán decir algunas personas, porque piensan que su dolor es más grande que el de los demás. Pero esto no tiene medida, es algo cualitativo; el perder un amor, el duelo por un ser querido o mascota, el alejamiento de un amigo, entre otras cosas, es muy traumático. Todo va a depender de quién lo sufre y de la magnitud que le dé. Pero de igual manera… Todo pasa… Como dijo Erasmo de Róterdam: “El tiempo se lleva todo el dolor”.
Creo que es cierto, que el tiempo ayuda a sanar las heridas, aceptar las pérdidas y se lleva las lágrimas. También dicen por ahí que todo pasa por una razón. En realidad, no lo entiendo y nunca asimilaré las pérdidas como algo que tiene que ser. A mí me cuesta reconocer que a mis seres queridos no los volveré a ver ni abrazar. Pero, la vida continúa y hay que seguir. Hay que tratar de minimizar el impacto en nuestra vida diaria.
A mí me funciona meditar, escuchando música y sonidos relajantes, sentarme en la mecedora, en el jardín, a escuchar el trinar de las aves y a soñar despierta. También, cuando agradezco una paz que me ayuda a lograr el equilibrio. Hay muchas maneras de sobrellevar las malas rachas y esperar que el viento sople a mi favor. Lo que no se debe hacer es quedarse en el suelo y caer en un letargo perjudicial para la salud.

The paradigm that we need someone by our side or a special event to be happy is outdated. If we don't decide to be happy, we won't be happy. Falling down and getting up, crying and expressing what we feel is not a bad thing. Life is like that: fragile and ephemeral moments.
