I don't know when it's hug day. But for me hugs happen every day and today I need a strong hug that makes me shudder and lifts me up. Just like the ones my father used to give me and I felt protected in those big arms. As a child I always believed that my superhero's hugs would never fail me. But life, fate and whatever else took him away so young, leaving me unprotected. After his arms, only my son's arms comfort me and make me feel that life is worth living.
I am sensitive, it is one of those days where everything touches me, affects me and I hug myself tightly. I try to look in my Menesters room, some object to protect me since hard times are coming, but I can't remember the spell that my friend Hermione gave me to open it. There I keep my valuables; my Jedi shield and sword. I smell in the air that evil is lurking and nothing can contain it. OMG the sky is cloudy.
Torrential rains have caused flooding. I hope that next time my premonitions will be of money and a yacht in the Greek islands.
When I am achicopalada as we Venezuelans say, I need a big hug to calm me down. I am not depressed or anxious, but other people's situations affect me emotionally. Images come and go on social networks of the disasters caused by the rains. After heavy downpours in Venezuela, some populations were affected. I know that these people need monetary and emotional help, with hugs to comfort them.
Who to hug? Well, whoever you want; a loved one, or the first person you see when you leave home. It can also be a tree or a pet. A hug, blessings and wishing a good day does not cost money. I believe that we must promote positive changes in all human beings, that benefit us and the planet earth. In order to counteract the negative and initiate healing and changes in our lives and thus be able to see changes in society.
I believe that the day of hugs should be 365 days a year, that citizens should be constantly reminded with a slogan that says:
HUG!!!! Hug another person, a pet or a tree.
We have to get the chip out of our heads that love, smiling, blessing and hugging is a sign of weakness. No friends, it is healing, reaching balance and well-being. A hug activates the hormones of happiness, the Thymus gland, produces well-being and consequently happiness. The more hugs, the more happiness, they are directly proportional. I am not a psychologist or specialist, but my experience in life has made me understand that people need positive emotions.
A hug, a smile, kindness is like the flu and is contagious. So let's spread love to our environment, to nature, and with it, wrap the planet so that we all heal. Start a new generation of more empathic and emotional human beings. Capable of giving and receiving hugs and lots of love. Let's start a wave that shouts from the four cardinal points:
HUG!!!! Hug another person, a pet or a tree.

No sé cuándo es día del abrazo. Pero para mí los abrazos se dan todos los días y hoy necesito un fuerte abrazo que me haga estremecer y me levante. Así como los que me daba mi padre y yo me sentía protegida en esos grandes brazos. De niña siempre creí que los abrazos de mi superhéroe nunca me faltarían. Pero la vida, el destino y lo que quiera que sea se lo llevo tan joven, dejándome desprotegida. Después de sus brazos, solo los de mi hijo me reconfortan y hacen sentir que vale la pena vivir.
Estoy sensible, es uno de esos días donde todo me conmueve, afecta y me abrazo fuerte. Trato de buscar en mi sala de Menesteres, algún objeto para protegerme ya que se avecinan tiempos difíciles, pero no consigo recordar el hechizo que me dio mi amiga Hermione para abrirla. Allí guardo mis objetos valiosos; mi escudo y espada Jedi. Huelo en el ambiente que el mal acecha y nada lo puede contener. OMG el cielo amaneció nublado.
Las lluvias torrenciales han ocasionado inundaciones. Espero que la próxima vez mis premoniciones sean de dinero y un yate en las islas griegas.
Cuando estoy achicopalada como decimos, los venezolanos necesito fuertes abrazos para apaciguarme. No estoy deprimida ni ansiosa, sino la situación de otras personas me afectan emocionalmente. Imágenes van y vienen en las redes sociales de los desastres ocasionados por las lluvias. Después de fuertes aguaceros en Venezuela, algunas poblaciones fueron afectadas. Sé que esas personas necesitan ayuda monetaria y emocional, con abrazos que las consuelen.
¿A quién abrazar? Pues a quien desees; a un ser querido, o la primera persona que veas al salir de casa. También puede ser, a un árbol o mascota. Un abrazo, bendiciones y desear un buen día no cuesta dinero. Creo que hay que impulsar cambios positivos en todos los seres humanos, que nos beneficien y al planeta tierra. Con la finalidad de contrarrestar lo negativo e iniciar la sanación y los cambios en nuestra vida y así poder ver cambios en la sociedad.
Considero que el día de los abrazos deberían ser los 365 del año, que se les recuerde contantemente a los ciudadanos con un slogan que diga:
¡¡¡Abrázate!!! Abraza a otra persona, una mascota o un árbol
Hay que sacarse el chip de la cabeza de que el amor, sonreír, bendecir y abrazar es signo de debilidad. No amigos, es sanación, alcanzar el equilibrio y bienestar. Un abrazo activa las hormonas de la felicidad, la glándula Timo, produce bienestar y por consecuencia la felicidad. Mientras más abrazos, mayor felicidad, son directamente proporcionales. No soy psicóloga ni especialista, pero mi experiencia en la vida me han hecho entender que las personas necesitamos emociones positivas.
Un abrazo, una sonrisa, la amabilidad es como la gripe y se contagia. Entonces vamos a contagiar de amor a nuestro entorno, a la naturaleza y con ello envolver al planeta para que todos sanemos. Comenzar una nueva generación de seres humanos más empáticos y emocionales. Capaces de dar y recibir abrazos y mucho amor. Iniciemos una oleada que grite por los cuatro puntos cardinales:
¡¡¡Abrázate!!! Abraza a otra persona, una mascota o un árbol
