This Sunday I decided to dedicate some time to myself, to pamper myself and reconnect with that wellness that we sometimes leave on pause between daily routines. It was a perfect day to focus on self-care, so I started with a long and relaxing bath. I took the opportunity to exfoliate my skin well, removing impurities and leaving it ready to receive a good dose of hydration.
I really wanted to try a body cream I recently bought: Nivea's 5 in 1 Express Hydratation. Since I saw it, it caught my attention for its promise of deep hydration and for being a serum, something that seemed different and more effective than a traditional cream. Plus, it contains sea minerals and that gave me an immediate feeling of freshness just by reading the label.

Fue un día perfecto para enfocarme en el autocuidado, así que comencé con un baño largo y relajante. Aproveché para exfoliar bien mi piel, removiendo impurezas y dejándola lista para recibir una buena dosis de hidratación.
Tenía muchas ganas de probar una crema corporal que compré recientemente: la 5 en 1 Express Hydratation de Nivea. Desde que la vi me llamó la atención por su promesa de hidratación profunda y por ser un sérum, algo que me pareció distinto y más efectivo que una crema tradicional. Además, contiene minerales marinos y eso me dio una sensación inmediata de frescura solo con leer la etiqueta.
After bathing, I applied the cream generously all over my body. I was surprised by its light and soft texture, not sticky at all, which I really appreciated. The best thing was its quick absorption, I didn't have to wait to get dressed and I didn't feel greasy. I felt how my skin absorbed the product completely. Immediately, I noticed a difference: my skin looked brighter, softer to the touch and with a subtle, fresh and pleasant scent.
I especially liked that this cream fulfills several functions in a single application: it deeply moisturizes, it also leaves a feeling of elasticity, and it softens and revitalizes the skin. I felt as if I had given my body a kind of energy recharge.
This experience was definitely more than just applying a cream. It was a personal moment, a moment of pause, of taking care of myself physically and emotionally. So, I will be using in my daily care routine this 5-in-1 Express Hydratation body cream from Nivea because I loved the feeling of hydration and freshness on my skin.
Después del baño, apliqué la crema generosamente en todo el cuerpo. Me sorprendió su textura ligera y suave, nada pegajosa, lo cual agradezco muchísimo. Lo mejor fue su rápida absorción, no tuve que esperar para vestirme ni quedé con sensación grasa. Sentí cómo mi piel absorbía el producto completamente. De inmediato, noté una diferencia: mi piel se veía más luminosa, suave al tacto y con un aroma sutil, fresco y agradable.
Me gustó especialmente que esta crema cumple varias funciones en una sola aplicación: hidrata profundamente, también deja una sensación de elasticidad, y suaviza y revitaliza la piel. Sentí como si le hubiera dado a mi cuerpo una especie de recarga de energía.
Definitivamente, esta experiencia fue más que aplicar una crema. Fue un momento personal, de pausa, de cuidarme desde lo físico y también emocionalmente. Así pues, estaré usando en mi rutina de cuidado diario esta crema corporal 5 en 1 Express Hydratation de Nivea porque me encantó la sensación de hidratación y frescura en mi piel.
