Hello everyone, I am pleased to come back to this nice community dedicated to body and skin care. Today I am writing to show you my daily routine to take care of my skin and maintain my skin.
It is a basic routine, in which I don't use a lot of products, however, I work with what I have and I have seen the improvement and I have seen how my skin has been getting prettier and healthier.
Hola a todos, me complace pasar de nuevo por esta linda comunidad dedicada al cuidado del cuerpo y la piel. El día de hoy escribo para mostrarles mi rutina diaria para cuidar mi piel y mantener mi piel.
Es una rutina básica, en la que no uso un montón de productos, sin embargo, trabajo con lo que tengo y he visto la mejoría y he visto como mi piel se ha ido poniendo más linda y sana.
Okay, I wake up very early in the mornings because I go to the gym and after I take a bath and separate I start my skincare routine, the first thing I do is put on my bandana and rinse my face, then I wash my face with a bar soap especially for the face. It is very important that we wash our house with a facial soap, because by washing it with a common soap we are mistreating, drying and aging our skin.
When we wash our face with normal soap there is an effect on the skin of cleanliness and we are left with a grease free face, but this has a rebound effect, that is, as the face is suddenly without fat our body will look for a way to produce bait quickly, which generates that the face ends up very greasy, in addition to altering the ph of our facial skin and ends up aging the face. That is why it is very important to have a facial soap.
Okey, yo me despierto muy temprano en las mañanas porque voy al gimnasio y luego de bañarme y separarme empieza mi rutina de skincare, lo primero que hago es colocarme mi bandana y enjuagarme la cara, luego me lavo la cara con un jabón en barra especialmente para la cara. Es muy importante que lavemos nuestra casa con un jabón facial, porque al lavarla con un jabón común estamos maltratando, resecando y envejeciendo nuestra piel.
Al lavar nuestra cara con jabón normal queda un efecto en la piel de limpieza y quedamos con la cara libre de grasa, pero esto tiene un efecto de rebote, es decir, como la cara se queda repentinamente sin grasa nuestro organismo va a buscar la manera de producir cebo rápidamente, lo que genera que termine la cara muy grasosa, además de que altera el ph de nuestra piel de la cara y termina envejeciendo la cara. Por eso es muy importante tener un jabón facial.

Then I dry my face carefully with my towel and apply my serum. This serum helps me moisturize my face and prepare it for sunscreen.
I take 3 drops and spread it all over my face and massage it in. I use a small amount because as I said it's to moisturize and my face is a little greasy and since the sunscreen is also a little greasy I prefer not to use so much. I've been using this product for a week now, and I really recommend it, I like it a lot. This specific serum is used to repair acne marks and scars and in the week I've been using it, it has worked and I've noticed improvement.
I massage it on my face while I wait for the product to dry, and it dries in about 1 minute or less.
Luego seco mi cara cuidadosamente con mi toalla y aplico mi serum o suero. Este serum me ayuda a hidratar mi cara y prepararlo para el protector solar.
Yo me echo 3 gotas y esparzo por toda mi cara dando masajes. Me echo poca cantidad porque como ya dije es para hidratar y la cara me queda un poco grasosa y como el protector solar también es un poco grasoso prefiero no echarme tanto. Yo llevo usando este producto una semana, y en verdad lo recomiendo, me gusta muchísimo. Este serum en específico sirve para reparar marcas de acné y cicatrices y en la semana que llevo usando si me ha funcionado y he notado mejoría.
Doy pequeños masajes en mi cara mientras espero que el producto se seque, y se seca como en 1 minuto o menos.

When my face is already dry I apply my sunscreen, I apply the product on my hand and then on my face in a uniform way and avoiding leaving spots.
Something you can't miss in your skincare routines is sunscreen, it's too essential, no matter if the weather is cloudy or rainy, you should still apply sunscreen, this is to take care of the skin from burns and to avoid spots and skin diseases. I recommend to apply it every 3 or 4 hours even if you are indoors.
Cuando ya está seca mi cara es que me aplico mi protector solar, me echo el producto en la mano y luego en la cara de manera uniforme y evitando dejar manchas.
Algo que no puede faltar en sus rutinas de skincare es el protector, es demasiado esencial, no importa si el clima está nublado o lluvioso, igualmente debes aplicar protector, esto es para cuidar la piel de quemaduras y para evitar manchas y enfermedades de la piel. Yo recomiendo echarlo cada 3 o 4 horas incluso si estas dentro de tu casa.

And that's how I get ready every morning to go to the gym, I wash my face well, then I moisturize it and finally I apply the sunscreen so I don't burn my face. It's something super basic but you will enjoy it and in a short time you will thank me, I have seen changes in my skin in the short time I've been taking care of it. And so I go out to the gym, with my face well protected and hydrated with an increasingly smooth finish.
Y así es como me preparo cada mañana para salir al gimnasio, me encargo de lavar bien mi cara, luego la hidrato y por ultimo aplico el protector para no quemar mi cara. Es algo super básico pero que vas a disfrutar y en un tiempo agradecer, yo he visto cambios en mi piel en el poco tiempo que llevo cuidándola. Y así salgo al gimnasio, con mi cara bien protegida e hidratada con un acabado cada vez más liso.

I also have my routine to prepare my face to sleep, this is my skincare routine for the night, just like in the mornings, I use my bandana and then with my facial soap I wash my face. Again I remind you that it is very important to use face wash without soda water.
También tengo mi rutina para preparar mi cara para dormir, esta es mi rutina de skincare para la noche, al igual que en las mañanas, uso mi bandana y luego con mi jabón facial lavo mi cara. Otra vez les recuerdo que es muy importante usar jabón facial sin soda cautica.

After drying my face well I apply the serum, I already told you what it is used for and well, this time I used it before applying the aloe vera gel, while I wait for it to dry I massage my face and then I apply the aloe vera gel.
This serum is recommended to use it every time you wash your face, however I don't do it because it brings a lot of hydration to my face that I don't need because I am young and I can produce naturally, however older people can use the serum more often.
Luego de secar bien mi cara aplico el serum, ya les comenté para que se usa y bueno, en esta ocasión la usé antes de echar el gel de sábila, mientras espero que se sequé masajeo mi cara y luego aplico el gel de sábila.
Este serum es recomendable usarlo cada vez que se lava la cara, sin embargo yo no lo hago porque aporta mucha hidratación a mi cara que no necesito porque soy joven y puedo producir naturalmente, sin embargo personas mayores pueden usar el serum más seguido.
And finally I apply my aloe vera gel, 100% recommended, it works for blemishes, acne, moisturizes and refreshes the face. Previously I used to apply the aloe pulp directly on my face, but I was making a mistake and I didn't know it. Dermatologists do not recommend applying aloe pulp directly to the face because if it is not processed correctly it contains traces of aloin, a toxic and carcinogenic compound that can damage the skin, so it is better to use a gel or a special dermatological product for the skin.
Y por ultimo aplico mi gel de sábila, 100% recomendado, sirve para las machas, para el acné, para hidratar y para refrescar la cara. Anteriormente yo me aplicaba la pulpa de la sábila directamente en la cara, pero estaba cometiendo un error y no lo sabía. Los dermatólogos no recomiendan aplicar la pulpa de la sábila directamente en la cara ya que si no esta procesada correctamente contiene trazas de aloína, un compuesto tóxico y cancerígeno que puede hacer daño a la piel, por esto es mejor usar un gel o algún producto dermatológico especial para la piel.

And this is how I prepare my skin to sleep, first I wash my face with my facial soap, then I moisturize it with the serum and finally I apply my aloe vera gel that I do not leave, the next day I wash my face well because if I do not remove this gel well I may get spots on my face when in contact with the sun, so I take care to wash my face well in the mornings.
Y así es como preparo mi piel para dormir, primero me lavo la cara con mi jabón facial, luego me la hidrato con el serum y por ultimo aplico mi gel de sábila que no me abandono, al otro día lavo bien mi cara ya que si no me saco bien este gel puede que me salgan manchas en la cara cuando entre en contacto con el sol, por eso me encargo de lavar bien mi cara en las mañanas.

I want to remind you that skincare is a way to prevent and maintain the health of our face, it is not really a treatment as such, what I mean by this is that if you have a serious condition of acne or spots it is better to go to a dermatologist so that he can prescribe the necessary medication for your skin. In truth I have seen improvement with the little that I use to take care of my skin, acne marks have reduced, some spots, I have a clearer and brighter face and I have also noticed that I have less dark circles under my eyes.
I also complement my routine with some masks but I don't do this every day, I do it twice a week. My advice for today is that even if you don't have a lot of money, start with the little and then buy the rest. Quiero recordarles que el skincare es una manera de prevenir y de mantener la salud en nuestra cara, en realidad no es un tratamiento como tal, a lo que me refiero con esto es que, si tienes una enfermedad grave de acné o de manchas es mejor que vayas al dermatólogo para que el te recete el medicamento necesario para tu piel. En verdad yo he visto mejoría con lo poco que me echo para cuidar mi piel, han reducido marcas de acné, algunas manchas, tengo la cara más clara y con más brillo y también he notado que tengo menos ojeras.
También complemento mi rutina con algunas mascarillas pero esto no lo hago todos los días, lo hago dos veces en la semana. Mi consejo del día de hoy es que así no tengan mucho dinero empiecen con lo poco y luego van comprando lo demás.
