It's the weekend and I love to take special care of my face by taking a few minutes to pamper it, moisturize it and make it look its best.
But... This time my experience with a face mask was not the best and I will be telling you all the details.
Today I was trying this cucumber mask in a brand that I had not used before and as I always tell you you have to be very careful because there can be some brands and components of the easy products that can cause allergic reactions in our face.
Sadly, this mask was not the best choice and there was a warning that I could not miss.
I applied my new mask as usual, taking into account that I had to keep my face clean for a better absorption of the product.
It is worth mentioning that I had only used cucumber in some salads and that I think I once put two circles of it on top of my eyes. This mask was stored in the fridge and the first thing I noticed was that it was watery and heavy. Then I opened the package and found my silk mask covered with the dot mask.
Up to that point everything went normally, and then I placed the product on my face stretching it so that there would be the least amount of spaces and bubbles in the mask.
The time I had planned to have the mask on my face was between 15 to 20 minutes, however this is when the first warning sign began. After about 6 minutes, I imagine that the product had already begun to adhere to my face, I felt a slight itching in the T-zone of my face and I thought "oh no, could it be that it is hurting me?" And then it started to itch on my cheekbones and that was when I decided it was time to remove the mask.
When I removed it I began to notice that right in the T zone and in the cheekbones I had reddened skin and I felt quite disappointed and I immediately ran to wash my face with plenty of water and after about 3 minutes the itching began again and I put water on my face and it was enough about 20 minutes later the redness disappeared.

At one point I thought that the redness would spread to the whole face but it only remained in the places I mentioned. I photographed of course the components and the brand of this mask to be very careful next time.
I declare myself a lover of masks but this time the results were not as expected, the truth is that the rating on this occasion for me is a 0/10 because of my allergies.
My advice for today, be very careful with what you use on your skin.

Es fin de semana y me encanta darle un cuidado especial a mi rostro tomándome algunos minutos para consentirlo, hidratarlo y que luzca lo mejor posible.
Pero... Esta vez mi experiencia con una mascarilla facial no fue la mejor y les estaré contando todos los detalles.
Hoy estuve probando esta mascarilla de pepino en una marca que no había usado antes y como siempre les digo hay que tener mucho cuidado porque pueden haber algunas marcas y compones de los productos faciles que pueden causar reacciones alérgicas en nuestro rostro.
Muy tristemente, esta mascarilla no fue la mejor opción y hubo una alerta que no pude pasar desapercibida.
Apliqué cómo de costumbre mi nueva mascarilla, tomando en cuanta que debía tener mi rostro limpio para una mejor absorción del producto.
Cabe destacar que el pepino, solo lo había utilizado en algunas ensaladas y que creo que alguna vez lo coloqué dos círculos encima de los ojos. Está mascarilla estaba almacena en la nevera y lo primero que noté es que tiene como mucha agüita y estaba pesadito. Ya luego me dispose a abrir el empaque encontrando mi mascarilla de seda cubierta con la máscara de puntos.
Hasta ese momento todo transcurrió con normalidad, ya luego coloqué el producto en mi rostro estirandolo de manera que quedarán la menor cantidad de espacios y burbujas en la mascarilla.
El tiempo que tenía previsto tener la mascarilla en mis rostro era entre 15 a 20 minutos, sin embargo aquí comenzó la primera señal de alerta. Pasados unos 6 minutos, imagino que ya se había comenzado a adherir el producto en mi rostro, sentí un pequeño picor en la zona T del rostro y pensé "ay no ¿Será que me está haciendo daño?" Y luego me comenzó a picar en los pómulos y fue fue donde decidí que era momento de retirar la mascarilla.

Al retirarla comencé a notar que justamente en la zona T y en los pómulos tenía enrojecida la piel y le sentí bastante decepcionada la verdad e inmediatamente corrí a lavarme el rostro con abundante agua y pasados unos 3 minutos me comenzó el picor nuevamente y coloque agua en mi rostro y fue suficiente unos 20 minutos después el enrojecimiento desapareció.
En un momento pensé que se extendería el enrojecimiento a todo el rostro pero solo quedó en los lugares que les comenté. Fotografié por supuesto los componentes y la marca de esta mascarilla para tener mucho cuidado la próxima vez.
Me declaro una amante de las mascarillas pero está vez los resultados no fueron los esperados, la verdad que la valoración en esta ocasión para mí es un 0/10 por mis alergias.
Mi consejo de hoy, mucho cuidado con lo que usas en tu piel.
