Hello my dear colleagues of our beautiful hive. Since you announced the creation of this community about skin and hair care and beauty I couldn't wait to post here 😃 So here is my first post.

Para iniciar debo decir que no siempre fui una chica muy interesada en el cuidado de mi cabello o de mi piel, ni siquiera del maquillaje. En cierto modo creía (y aún también lo creo) que ser mujer es agotador.
Pero, aun así, poco a poco fui cambiando mi pensamiento. Si bien a veces es agotador mantenernos lindas y presentables, es un trabajo que debemos realizar por amor a nosotras mismas, porque, aunque contemos con la dicha de encontrar una pareja que nos ame, o con padres y amigos amorosos, NADIE nos va a estar insistiendo que tengamos una rutina de SkinCare o de HairCare.
Eso es algo que va por nuestra cuenta y que debemos empezar pronto, pues la falta de cuidado nos pasara factura cuando estemos mayores y tengamos la cara como el mapa de Cristóbal Colon y el cabello como una escoba de pasar coleto.
To start I must say that I wasn't always a girl very interested in my hair or skin care, not even makeup. I sort of believed (and still do) that being a woman is exhausting.
But, even so, I gradually changed my thinking. While sometimes it is exhausting to keep ourselves beautiful and presentable, it is a job we have to do out of love for ourselves, because even if we are blessed with a loving partner, or loving parents and friends, NO ONE is going to insist that we have a SkinCare or HairCare routine.
That's something that's up to us and we should start early, because lack of care will take its toll when we're older and our face looks like Christopher Columbus' map and our hair looks like a mop.

Después de comprender eso por mí misma, decidí empezar a cuidar de mi cabello, pues mientras era adolecente siempre estaba fuerte y brilloso así que pensé que no tenía que preocuparme por el… Hasta que llegué a los 26 y empecé a notar que se me caía mucho además de estar muy opaco.
Después de experimentar con muchos productos para el cabello (y aún sigo probando nuevos 😂) encontré una combinación de varios que han hecho que mi cabello este más lindo que nunca, y hoy quiero compartírselos 😊
Esta rutina intento llevarla a cabo cada al menos dos veces por semana, pero a veces simplemente no me da el tiempo…ni el agua 🙄. Regularmente la hago los domingos que es cuando tengo más tiempo libre.
After realizing that for myself, I decided to start taking care of my hair, because while I was a teenager it was always strong and shiny so I thought I didn't have to worry about it... Until I reached 26 and started to notice that it was falling out a lot as well as being very dull.
After experimenting with many hair products (and I'm still trying new ones 😂) I found a combination of several that have made my hair more beautiful than ever, and today I want to share them with you 😊.
I try to do this routine at least twice a week, but sometimes I just don't have the time...or the water 🙄 (in my country the water service fails constantly even in the capital). I regularly do it on Sundays when I have more free time.

So, first of all, I'm going to show you how my hair looks after about 2 days without washing it (Don't laugh please) 🙈
Se puede apreciar que está bastante opaco y un poco grasoso.
You can see that it is quite dull and a bit greasy.
Pues bien, lo primero que hago es lavar mi cabello. Actualmente estoy usando el dúo de Shampoo y acondicionador “Skala Nutricion Poderosa con Karite”. Lo compre para probar que tal y debo decir que estoy enamorada 😍Deja mi cabello súper suavecito y brillante. El combo me salió en 5$
Well, the first thing I do is wash my hair. I am currently using the duo shampoo and conditioner "Skala Nutricion Poderosa con Karite". I bought it to try it out and I must say that I am in love () It leaves my hair super soft and shiny. The combo cost me 5$.
Lo siguiente, es buscar rápidamente un envase y una cuchara para preparar mi fórmula mágica mientras mi cabello aún está húmedo, pues es importante aprovechar la humedad del cabello.
Next, I quickly find a container and a spoon to prepare my magic formula while my hair is still wet, because it's important to take advantage of the hair's humidity.
Ahora sí, vamos con los ingredientes.
Now, let's get to the ingredients.
Primero está el “Skala Vinagre de Maca” o Vinagre de Manzana en español. Actualmente la marca brasileña está teniendo una aceptación increíble, porque existen como 20 baños de cremas diferentes y todos son muy muy buenos, si sabes exactamente que necesita y que le cae bien a tu cabello.
Este baño de crema es de hidratación y reconstrucción. Como todos las Skala está libre de sulfatos, parabenos, siliconas, petróleo y lo más importante, sin crueldad animal 🐰 ❤️. La presentación de un 1Kg de producto va desde los 3$ a los 5$
De este producto utilizo dos cucharadas, porque tengo el cabello bastante largo.
First there is the "Skala Vinagre de Maca" or Apple Cider Vinegar in Spanish. Currently the Brazilian brand is having an incredible acceptance, because there are about 20 different cream baths and all are very very good, if you know exactly what it needs and what is good for your hair.
This cream bath is moisturizing and reconstructing. Like all Skala is free of sulfates, parabens, silicones, petroleum and most importantly, without animal cruelty 🐰 ❤️. The presentation of a 1Kg of product ranges from 3$ to 5$.
I use two tablespoons of this product, because my hair is quite long.
El siguiente ingrediente es la competencia más fuerte de Skala en este momento. Es el secreto mejor guardado para quienes tenemos poco presupuesto, pero siempre queremos estar regias. El muy sonado Nutribella15.
Este producto es muy misterioso, pues no tiene mucha publicidad informativa en las redes. Según su empaque parece venir de Colombia. De esta marca también hay varios tipos de baño de crema que supuestamente ayudan para diferentes cosas. Este de Cauterización, ayuda a sellar las puntas abiertas, pero hay un detalle.
Hace poco mi mamá compró dos nutrbella distintos, pero cuando leyó los ingredientes eran exactamente los mismos así que 🤷♀ ni idea, solo puedo hablarles de este que es el único que he utilizado y debo decir que cumple con lo que promete. Esta presentación de 180ml está en 3$ pero los sobrecitos están a 1$.
De este utilizo media cucharada.
The next ingredient is Skala's strongest competition at the moment. It's the best-kept secret for those of us who are on a budget, but always want to look gorgeous. The much talked about Nutribella15.
This product is very mysterious, as it does not have much informative publicity in the networks. According to its packaging, it seems to come from Colombia. From this brand there are also several types of cream baths that supposedly help for different things. This one from Cauterization, helps seal split ends, but there's a catch.
Recently my mom bought two different nutrbella, but when she read the ingredients they were exactly the same so 🤷♀ no idea, I can only tell you about this one which is the only one I have used and I must say that it does what it promises. This 180ml presentation is 3$ but the sachets are 1$.
I use half a spoonful of this one.
El próximo ingrediente es de la también popular marca brasileña Novex. “Novex Doctor Ricino”.
Este baño de crema promete ser un potenciador en el crecimiento sano y fuerte del cabello, además de combatir la caspa y la resequedad del cuero cabelludo. Si me preguntan es absolutamente cierto porque desde que lo uso, mi cabello me ha crecido más rápido y fuerte, se me cae mucho menos y me ayuda a evitar la caspa. Esta presentación de 400gr lo he visto entre 4$ a 5$.
De este también utilizo media cucharada.
The next ingredient is from the also popular Brazilian brand Novex. "Novex Doctor Ricino."
This cream bath promises to be an enhancer in healthy and strong hair growth, as well as combating dandruff and dry scalp. If you ask me, it's absolutely true because since I've been using it, my hair has grown faster and stronger, it falls out much less and it helps me avoid dandruff. This 400gr presentation I have seen it between 4$ to 5$.
I also use half a scoop of this one.
Mi último ingrediente es un chorrito de aceite de ricino puro de farmatodo. El aceite de ricino tiene propiedades anti fúngicas y anti bacterianas que ayudan a una limpieza profunda de los folículos pilosos del cuero cabelludo, haciendo que crezca más rápido y fuerte. Este botecito esta en 3.40$
Finalmente, mezclo mi fórmula mágica hasta que esté bien consistente y luego procedo a embadurnármela en la cabeza.
My last ingredient is a squirt of pure castor oil from farmatodo. Castor oil has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties that help deep cleanse the hair follicles on the scalp, making it grow faster and stronger.This little bottle is $3.40
Finally, I mix my magic formula until it's nice and thick and then proceed to smear it on my head.
Con ayuda de un gorro de baño, sujeto bien todo este paquete de felicidad y me dedico a cosas interesantes… Como limpiar completamente la cocina 😵
With the help of a bathing cap, I hold all this bundle of joy tightly and get down to interesting things... Like cleaning the kitchen completely 😵
Luego de unas dos horas, me dirijo dignamente hasta la batea de mi casa y le doy a mi vecina de al frente una espectacular vista de cómo hacer maniobras para no quedarme sin cuello mientras me lavo la cabeza.
After about two hours, I make my way with dignity to the bathtub of my house and give my neighbor across the street a spectacular view of how to maneuver so I don't run out of neck while washing my head.

Después, de peinarme y dejar que se seque al natural, mi cabello queda con un olor adictivo 😍 además me queda suave, brillante y súper ligero.
After combing my hair and letting it dry naturally, my hair smells addictive 😍plus it's soft, shiny and super light.
Y esa es toda mi rutina de cuidado capilar 😊 supongo que no es muy distinta a otras rutinas, pero cada una tiene sus truquitos aprendidos del ensayo y error para mantener nuestras melenas cual Miss Universo 👸.
