Yo me tomé el tiempo de darme un cariño, pues, me di cuenta que amanecí un poco inflamada de la cara.
Mientras limpiaba mis cejas como obviamente tuve que verme muy de cerca en el espejo pude darme cuenta de lo descuidada que tenía mi cara hoy, inflamada, brotada y un poco cansada. Por eso decidí crear un hidratante de arroz natural.
Tener la piel hidratada es muy bueno e importante porque cuando ella se mantiene de esta forma no sale acné. Por su puesto, lavarse la cara de la manera correcta (mínimo 1 minuto y en movimientos circulares) es lo mejor para ella.
Yo soy fan de tener el cutis impecable, por supuesto, hay veces donde es casi imposible que así sea, pero tener la piel radiante, sobretodo la cara, para mi es lo mejor que hay.
Ahora les voy a mostrar como hice mi hidratante.
Lo primero que hice fue poner 1 cucharadita de arroz en agua y la dejé reposar lo más que pude, esto fue media hora porque la verdad estaba desesperada. Pero si puedes dejarlo toda la noche mucho mejor, porque así suelta más nutrientes. Mientras esperaba que pasara la media hora fui a lavar mi cara muy bien para luego pasar a exfoliarla. Dejé que este actuara en esa media hora y cuando por fin pasó, pasé al siguiente. NEXT (jajjaj). Ok sigo.

Having hydrated skin is very good and important because when it stays this way, acne doesn't appear. Of course, washing your face the right way (at least 1 minute and in circular movements) is the best for it.
I am a fan of having flawless skin, of course, there are times when it is almost impossible to do so, but having radiant skin, especially the face, for me is the best thing there is.
Now I'm going to show you how I made my moisturizer.
The first thing I did was put 1 teaspoon of rice in water and let it sit for as long as I could, this was half an hour because I was really desperate. But if you can leave it overnight, even better, because it releases more nutrients. While I waited for the half hour to pass, I washed my face really well and then went on to exfoliate it. I let this act for that half hour and when it finally passed, I moved on to the next one. NEXT (hahaha). Ok, I'll continue.
Lo puse en la licuadora y en lo que vi que estaba bien disuelto o muy bien licuado la pasé al colador. Esto lo hice porque como la iba a colocar en un gotero necesitaba que no tuviera nada de grumos o granos mal licuados para que no te tapara.
Después de tenerla licuada la pasé por colador y le eché miel, ya que esta es espectacular para la cara, para todo en realidad.
Luego la pasé al una olla pequeña y delgada y este es el paso más delicado, porque cuando uno cocina agua de arroz ésta se vuelve como una crema, pues, si no sabían ella es almidón puro, entonces, la puse a fuego muy bajito para que caletara nada más, mientras batía muy rápido; la idea de esto era que no espesara, que quedara líquido.
