Es ist so weit: Der Termin des Tokio City-Releases wurde bekannt gegeben. Als erster Teil des weltweit größten Ballungsraums kommt in Kürze der bekannte Stadtteil Shibuya ins Spiel. Außerdem sind nun endlich mehrere Sprachversionen, darunter auch Deutsch und Japanisch in Upland verfügbar, womit die Zeiten vorbei sind, als die Spielinhalte nur auf Englisch verfügbar waren. Und bei der Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft der Frauen ist bereits das Viertelfinale im Gange.

The time has come: The release date of Tokyo City has been announced. As the first part of the world's largest metropolitan area, the renowned district of Shibuya will soon become part of the game. Furthermore, multiple language versions, including German and Japanese, are now available in Upland, marking the end of the times when game content was only accessible in English. And in the Women's World Cup, the quarterfinals are already underway.

Rüstet euch für den Tokio City-Release
- Tokio kommt bereits kommende Woche ins Spiel. Mit 30 Stadtteilen des tokioter Bezirks Shibuya hält ein berühmter Teil der Mega-Metropole Einzug ins Upland Metaversum. In diesem ersten Rollout warten 20.000 Grundstücke darauf, gemintet zu werden.
- Detail am Rande: 1932 wurden die drei Städte Shibuya, Sendagaya und Yoyohata in die Stadt Tokio eingemeindet und zum Bezirk Shibuya zusammengefasst. Nach der Auflösung der Stadt Tokio 1943 wurde Shibuya ein Sonderbezirk. Insgesamt umfasst Tokio 23 dieser besonderen Stadtbezirke (Wards) die zusammen die Präfektur Tokio bilden.

Upland ist nun in mehreren Sprachen verfügbar
- Trotz zunehmender Internationalisierung hat es einige Zeit gedauert, bis die unterschiedlichen Landessprachen in Upland integriert wurden. Inzwischen gibt es die Spielinhalte nicht mehr nur in englischer Sprache, sondern auch auf portugiesisch, spanisch, deutsch und japanisch. Damit folgen die verfügbaren Sprachen den City-Releases in den unterschiedlichen Ländern. Die Sprachauswahl im Game kann im Menü unter Einstellungen - Sprachen vorgenommen werden.
Aktuell läuft das Viertelfinale der Fußball-WM der Frauen
- Die Fußballweltmeisterschaft ist mitten in der KO-Phase. Nach dem Viertelfinale geht es in wenigen Tagen in den beiden Halbfinal-Spielen um den Einzug der besten Teams ins Finale. In Upland besteht nach wie vor die Möglichkeit, der Sammelleidenschaft nachzugehen und das Ziel bleibt, den höchsten Fanscore zu erreichen.

Gear up for the Tokyo City release
- Tokyo will come into play next week. With 30 districts of Tokyo's Shibuya district, a famous part of the mega-metropolis is making its way into the Upland Metaverse. In this first rollout, 20,000 properties are waiting to be mined.
- Detail on the side: In 1932, the three cities of Shibuya, Sendagaya and Yoyohata were incorporated into the city of Tokyo and combined to form the district of Shibuya. After the dissolution of the city of Tokyo in 1943, Shibuya became a special district. Overall, Tokyo includes 23 of these special districts (Wards) that together form the Tokyo Prefecture.

Upland is now available in multiple languages
- Despite increasing internationalization, it took some time until the different national languages were integrated into Upland. In the meantime, the game content is no longer only available in English, but also in Portuguese, Spanish, German and Japanese. The available languages follow the city releases in the different countries. The language selection in the game can be made in the menu under Settings - Languages.
The quarter-finals of the Women's World Cup are currently underway
- The soccer World Cup is in the middle of the KO phase. After the quarter-finals, the two semi-finals in a few days will see the best teams advance to the final. In Upland there is still the possibility to pursue the passion for collecting and the goal remains to achieve the highest fan score.
