Wie angekündigt, fand gestern der Tokyo City Release statt und darüber, wie es war, könnt ihr euch in diesem Update informieren. Anlässlich des Openings gab es erstmals spezielle Quests zu zwei Layer 2 Games in Upland. Außerdem läuft aktuell die finale Phase der FIFA Women’s World Cup™ Challenge.

As announced, the Tokyo City Release took place yesterday and you can find out how it was in this update. On the occasion of the opening there were special quests for two layer 2 games in Upland for the first time. In addition, the final phase of the FIFA Women's World Cup™ Challenge is currently underway.

Tokyo ist seit gestern in Upland
- Der jüngste City Release ging reibungslos über die Bühne und es war ein höchst erfolgreicher Release.
- Es sind insgesamt 20.000 Grundstücke in 30 Nachbarschaften im Stadtteil Shibuya ins Spiel gekommen. Es wurden rund 90% der Properties gemintet - mit einem Mint-Maximum von 43 Properties pro Sekunde! Die Preise waren wie angekündigt hoch - teilweise auch extrem, allerdings gab es auch günstige Regionen. In der teuersten Region Dogenzaka lag der Preis pro up2 bei 6000 UPX (umgerechnet 6 USD pro up2).

Erstmals gab es Layer-2-Game-Quests
- Upland hat selbst nur das Treasurehunt Game als sogenanntes Layer 1 Spiel implementiert, das direkt auf der Spielplattform gespielt werden kann. Darüber hinaus wird auf die Integration von Layer-2-Anwendungen gesetzt. Zwei dieser verknüpften Games sind Upland Kingdoms und Uplandia und aus Anlaß des Tokyo-Releases, galt es in jeder der beiden Games einige Quests zu erledigen.

Finale der Fußball-WM der Frauen und der Upland World Cup Challenge
- Bei der Fußballweltmeisterschaft steht am 20.08. das Finale am Programm. In Upland ist dementsprechend die letzte Phase der World Cup Challenge angelaufen.

Since yesterday, Tokyo is in Upland.
- The recent City release ran smoothly and it was a highly successful release.
- A total of 20,000 lots in 30 neighborhoods in Shibuya District have come into play. Around 90% of the properties were minted - with a mint maximum of 43 properties per second! As announced, the prices were high - sometimes extremely, but there were also cheaper regions. In the most expensive region, Dogenzaka, the price per up2 was 6000 UPX (the equivalent of 6 USD per up2).

For the first time, there were Layer-2 game quests.
- Upland itself has only implemented the Treasurehunt Game as a so-called Layer 1 game that can be played directly on the game platform. In addition, the integration of layer 2 applications is used. Two of these linked games are Upland Kingdoms and Uplandia and due to the Tokyo release, there were a number of quests to be completed in each of the two games.

- At the soccer World Cup on 20.08. the finale of the program. Accordingly, the last phase of the World Cup Challenge has started in Upland.
