This campaign has the sole purpose of gathering as much support as possible for Yelmerson Becerra, a 38-year-old young man diagnosed with Lung Cancer, who is also part of our community.

¿Quién es Yelmerson?
En Hive, es conocido como @gerzon y sus demás redes sociales, como "yelmerzone", vive en Caracas – Venezuela. Actualmente tiene cáncer de Pulmón, desde octubre del 2023 que se enteró, ha estado en tratamiento hasta la actualidad.
Tiene una hija, de 10 años, ella tiene una condición especial, sufre de retraso global del desarrollo, y es epiléptica, toma 3 anticonvulsivos diferentes, todos los días. En la actualidad ha estado estable y el tratamiento que ella toma, le ha funcionado. Pese a su enfermedad y otras situaciones familiares, su hija no vive con él ahora.
Yelmerson, es técnico medio en informática e ingeniero de telecomunicaciones, actualmente está de reposo y trabajaba en un centro de datos, pero por su salud no ha podido continuar. Es una persona tranquila, le gustan los videojuegos y todo lo relacionado con la tecnología y además ha participado en algunos podcast, con otros Hivers, en Hive.

Who is Yelmerson?
On Hive, he is known as @gerzon, and on his other social media platforms, as "yelmerzone." He lives in Caracas, Venezuela. Currently, he is battling lung cancer, a diagnosis he received in October 2023, and he has been undergoing treatment ever since.
He has a 10-year-old daughter with a special condition. She suffers from global developmental delay and epilepsy, requiring three different anticonvulsant medications daily. Thankfully, she has been stable, and her treatment has been effective. Despite his illness and other family circumstances, his daughter does not live with him at the moment.
Yelmerson is a mid-level IT technician and a telecommunications engineer. He is currently on medical leave, having worked at a data center before his health prevented him from continuing. He is a calm individual who enjoys video games and all things related to technology. Additionally, he has participated in several podcasts with other Hivers on Hive.

Yelmerson ha estado recibiendo quimioterapia, tratamientos médicos y además de los gastos en exámenes y otros procedimientos médicos solicitados, actualmente le han enviado un tratamiento que es muy costoso y no se consigue en Venezuela. OSIMERTINIB 40gr en Tabletas, este tratamiento tiene un costo en Panamá que es donde se consigue más económico de 1200 dólares estadounidenses y cada caja trae solo 30 tabletas. Por esta razón, él está necesitando de nuestra ayuda.
