Hoy es uno de esos dias en donde mi cuerpo no quiere reaccionar a los medicamentos de ninguna manera, me senti bastante animado al principio del dia, hoy se fue mi mejor amiga ya llevaba algo mas de una semana quedándose conmigo, que hermosa ayudó tanto aquí en mi casa y me ayudó tanto mientras me sentía mal que de verdad se que cuento con ella para lo que sea en las buenas y en las malas cuando mas nadie esta para ti en momentos de enfermedad, ahora que se fue desde ya hace unas horas me siento a pensar en mi soledad que triste me siento, estoy comiendo bien, estoy bebiendo muchos líquidos, la jaqueca no para pero ya me estoy medicando bien para ello, quise salir a dar una vuelta pero no pude, mi cuerpo no me lo permitió, incluso darme una ducha ha sido un completo caos para mi éstos días, creo que tu cuerpo queda tan débil cuando pasas por situaciones mentales de estrés extremo que no te permite darle un uso extra, tal vez eso lo que me pasa, necesito descansar pero aunque mi mente se sienta al 100% activa mi cuerpo está casi en un 10%.
Today is one of those days where my body does not want to react to the medications in any way, I felt quite cheerful at the beginning of the day, today my best friend left, she had been staying with me for more than a week, she helped me so much here in my house and she helped me so much while I was feeling bad that I really know that I count on her for anything in good times and in bad when nobody is there for you in times of illness, now that she left a few hours ago I sit thinking about my loneliness how sad I am feeling, I am eating well, I am drinking a lot of liquids, the headache does not stop but I am already taking good medicine for it, I wanted to go out for a walk but I could not, my body did not allow it, even taking a shower has been a complete chaos for me these days, I think your body is so weak when you go through mental situations of extreme stress that does not allow you to give it an extra use, maybe that what happens to me, I need to rest but although my mind feels 100% active my body is almost in a %10.
Desde el viernes he estado descansando mucho la vista porque el dolor de cabeza es bastante insoportable, quienes me conocen saben que duermo con algo que me cubra los ojos, siempre ha sido así, creo que desde que tengo uso de memoria, me cubro los ojos para dormir porque odio sentir un poco de luz en mis ojos, incluso me atrevería a decir que es alguna manía mia para dormir, porque así esté todo oscuro, igual me coloco algo en los ojos, antes se sentía agradable para dormir, ahora es un infierno, porque recuerdo que mi papá antes de morir, le tuvieron que colocar algo que le cubriera los ojos porque no podía recibir nada de luz que le molestara en la vista, ahora cada vez que voy a dormir me acuerdo tanto de esos instantes que llegan a mi mente y que lamentablemente no puedo controlar, intento no tener pesadillas, otra cosa mas que incontrolable para mi, intento dormir con música que me hace sentir lleno de vida, pero termino en el mismo pozo de lágrimas donde me siento inundado, ahogado, pero todo llega al momento de dormirme, siento que he dado tanto y he recibido tan poco que es tan injusto, voy a contradecirme tanto pero si necesito tantos abrazos, que sequen mis lágrimas y me hagan sentir vivo de nuevo, sin aferrarme, sin depender de nadie solo quien este conmigo y ya, tal vez no aprendí del todo a estar solo, he estado escuchando una de mis bandas favoritas se llama The Lumineers, me transporto a tantos momentos lindos de mi vida que ya no tengo y me hace despreciarme por completo incluso cuando muchos de ellos no terminaron por ser mi culpa.
Since Friday I have been resting my eyes a lot because the headache is quite unbearable, those who know me know that I sleep with something to cover my eyes, it has always been like that, I think that since I can remember, I cover my eyes to sleep because I hate to feel a little light in my eyes, I would even dare to say that it is some mania of mine to sleep, because even if everything is dark, I also put something on my eyes, before it felt nice to sleep, now it is hell, because I remember that my dad before he died, they had to put something to cover his eyes because he could not receive any light that bothered his eyesight, now every time I go to sleep I remember those moments that come to my mind and unfortunately I can not control, I try not to have nightmares, another uncontrollable thing for me, I try to sleep with music that makes me feel full of life, but I end up in the same well of tears where I feel flooded, drowned, but everything comes at the moment of falling asleep, I feel that I have given so much and I have received so little that it is so unfair, I will contradict myself so much but I need so many hugs, that dry my tears and make me feel alive again, without clinging, without depending on anyone just who is with me and that's it, maybe I didn't quite learn to be alone, I have been listening to one of my favorite bands is called The Lumineers, it transports me to so many beautiful moments in my life that I no longer have and makes me despise myself completely even when many of them didn't end up being my fault.
Mi piel no es la misma de hace unos cuantos años atrás, mis dedos ya no tienen la misma rapidez, mi cuerpo no funciona igual, todo cambia, mi manera de pensar cambió, ya me gustan algunas cosas que antes no me gustaban, busco la manera de interactuar y de aceptarme a mi mismo, de aceptar a los demás, no puedo evitar seguir asqueado por gente que por desgracia tuvo que llegar a mi vida y que lamentablemente no puedo tenerles mas que desprecio, amigos, ex parejas, familiares con los que he tenido que convivir y que no tengo ganas de verlos mas en la vida y que alejarme es la mejor respuesta siempre. Todos tenemos un gran peso en la sociedad de cuando vamos a tener hijos, cuando me toque a mi y eso no me hace eco en mi cabeza, ya no, quería hacer abuelos a mis padres para que mis hijos vieran a sus abuelos como yo no tuve la oportunidad de hacerlo o al menos de convivir con ellos un tiempo que pueda recordar, ahora que mi papá no está y mi hermana tuvo a mi hermosa sobrina no me interesa tener hijos, no por ahora al menos, no quiero que crezca en un hogar disfuncional en donde mamá y papá vivan en guerra, existan malas palabras, donde ambos se hieran, de verdad que quiero mostrarle el hogar en donde yo crecí, un lugar en donde mamá y papá se querían mucho incluso con los miles de problemas que supe una vez que crecí, pero ya era un adulto en el entonces.

We all have a big weight in society of when we are going to have children, when it is my turn and that does not echo in my head, not anymore, I wanted to make my parents grandparents so that my children could see their grandparents as I did not have the opportunity to do it or at least live with them for a while that I can remember, now that my dad is gone and my sister had my beautiful niece I am not interested in having children, not for now at least, I don't want her to grow up in a dysfunctional home where mom and dad live at war, there are bad words, where they both hurt each other, I really want to show her the home where I grew up, a place where mom and dad loved each other very much even with the thousands of problems I knew once I grew up, but I was an adult by then.
Mi hogar estuvo tan lleno de amor, de comprensión, mi mamá estaba terminado de estudiar para graduarse cuando mi hermana y yo estábamos pequeños y nos quedábamos con mi papá que se encargaba de todo, cocina, baños, momentos felices, cuando mi mamá llegaba estaba todo hecho solo para que ella llegara a descansar, y eso fue lo hermoso de haber crecido con éstos dos seres maravillosos, extraño tanto oírlos reírse por las cosas mas simples del mundo, extraño tanto escuchar a mi mamá discutir por las cosas mas simples del mundo también LOL mientras mi papá y yo lo resolviamos luego, siento a veces que la vida se me está yendo de las manos y no estoy haciendo absolutamente nada, pero también recuerdo que es un momento, que se me pasará y todo estará bien de nuevo, porque voy por muy buen camino es solo que... me siento tan solo en éste camino y la única persona con la que quisiera llorar ya no está para secar mis lágrimas como yo quisiera que esté, el mejor amigo que jamás volveré a tener en ésta vida.
My home was so full of love, understanding, my mom was finished studying to graduate when my sister and I were little and we stayed with my dad who took care of everything, cooking, bathrooms, happy moments, when my mom arrived everything was done just for her to come to rest, and that was the beauty of growing up with these two wonderful beings, I miss so much to hear them laughing for the simplest things in the world, I miss so much to hear my mom arguing for the simplest things in the world too LOL while my dad and I solved it later, I feel sometimes that life is getting out of my hands and I am doing absolutely nothing, but I also remember that it is a moment, that it will pass and everything will be fine again, because I am on a very good way it's just that. .. I feel so lonely on this road and the only person I would like to cry with is no longer there to dry my tears as I would like him to be, the best friend I will ever have again in this life.
