Howdy partner - Presentación en Hive.

Hola a todos, me llamo Douglas Collura, Soy de Venezuela.

Hello everyone, my name is Douglas Collura, I am from Venezuela.

I have found in Hive a platform to share my experiences which I got to it thanks to @divinojupiter, learn from others and contribute to the community in meaningful ways my experiences, and although I am new to this I hope over time and with the help of the community to improve the quality of the posts.

Sobre mi

I feel that I am someone who does not limit himself to stay in his comfort zone, since most of the opportunities that have been presented to me I have accepted them, leading me to live varied experiences, starting with the fact that I have always been interested in computers, I have been involved in activities completely different from that field.

As an example, I was part of a rappelling group, which I loved experiencing the adrenaline of descending considerable heights such as bridges and buildings of approximately 5 stories, apart from tree climbing and canyoning.

Apart from that I have been playing guitar for 11 years, I have belonged to different bands which at the most were presented twice, although they did not last long, thanks to them I also learned to play drums and bass, to this day I have abandoned the music but from time to time I take up my guitars at least 5 minutes.

I was also training mixed martial arts (MMA) for a while, and although I abandoned it due to work, I plan to resume it.

I was a public speaking instructor in several Bar Tender courses taught by a friend of mine, which I enjoyed doing because at the end of the course I drank all the drinks they prepared and you can imagine how I ended up after each course.

I was also a professor of programming and computer architecture at the university where I graduated, I even taught courses and workshops, although unfortunately I lost those images.

llegué a invertir en un proyecto personal en el cual quise hacer un café que vendiera waffles con temática de los 40`s mas no se concretó.

I even invested in a personal project in which I wanted to make a cafe that sold waffles with a 40's theme, but it didn't materialize.

Llegué a ser piloto de helicópteros centrado en la exploración y reconocimiento de campo bajo sospecha de amenaza con enfoque en la desestabilización social... ah no se crean solo es una foto de mi en un helicóptero cualquiera.

I became a helicopter pilot focused on field exploration and reconnaissance under suspected threat with a focus on social destabilization... ah don't believe it's just a picture of me in a random helicopter.

Lo que si tuve fue una época donde el alcohol y yo fuimos muy unidos.

What I did have was a time when alcohol and I were very close.

I was the one who drank even the water out of the vase, (and yes, I was drinking out of a vase there).

Compré un chevrolet montecarlo del 96 con la expectativa de viajar y lo terminé usando solo para hacer compras y salidas cortas.

I bought a '96 chevrolet montecarlo with the expectation of traveling and ended up using it only for shopping and short trips.

Ahora tengo una moto que vive en el mecánico y va de visita a mi casa.

I now have a motorcycle that lives at the mechanic and comes to visit my house.

Como comenté al inicio, siempre me interesó la informática, de lo cual me gradué y me dedico a la programación, aproximadamente 7 años llevo en esto, desarrollando paginas webs y aplicaciones móviles.
