¿Te has preguntado cuánto valdría tu voto si tuvieras un millón de Hive Power? Muchos lo hemos hecho. Antes había una herramienta que calculaba esto, pero recientemente dejó de funcionar. Esa herramienta fue desarrollada por @penguinpablo y el sitio era hive-now.com, pero ahora aparece una página de noticias chinas... o algo así.
Bueno, para no hacer el cuento largo, hoy les quiero compartir que, gracias a Replit y usando Vibe Coding, he desarrollado una nueva herramienta que ayuda a calcular el valor del voto según el Hive Power que pongas en la app. Es una app sencilla y básicamente eso es lo único que hace, aunque le agregué varios detalles como:
- Traducción al español (haz clic en el ícono del globo terráqueo para cambiar el idioma)
- Tema oscuro
- Una función donde puedes cambiar el precio de HIVE dentro de la app (por si quieres ver cuánto valdría tu voto si el HIVE estuviera en $1, $2 o $5... esto es para los soñadores)
Ah, y por si no lo vieron, la semana pasada les compartí el Explorador de Testigos que hice. Esa app o página fue mucho más compleja y me llevó más tiempo. La herramienta que les comparto hoy la hice en pocos días, dedicando un par de horas cada día. Lo que más trabajo me costó fue encontrar la fórmula correcta para calcular el valor del voto.

Have you ever wondered how much your vote would be worth if you had one million Hive Power? Many of us have. There used to be a tool that calculated this, but it recently stopped working. That tool was developed by @penguinpablo and the site was hive-now.com, but now it shows a Chinese news page... or something like that.
Anyway, to get to the point, today I want to share that, thanks to Replit and using Vibe Coding, I’ve developed a new tool that helps calculate the value of a vote based on the Hive Power you enter in the app. It’s a simple app, and basically that’s all it does—though I did add a few extra features like:
- Spanish translation (click the globe icon to toggle translations)
- Dark theme
- A feature where you can change the price of HIVE within the app (so you can see how much your vote would be worth if HIVE were $1, $2, or $5... this is for the dreamers)
Oh, and in case you missed it, last week I shared the Witness Explorer I built. That app/page was much more complex and took me more time. The tool I’m sharing today was built in just a few days, dedicating a couple of hours each day. What took me the most effort was finding the correct formula to calculate vote value.
