Saludos amigos de Hive!
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una reflexión muy personal sobre la apreciación de los pequeños detalles de cada día y sobre lo importante que es no perder la capacidad de asombro que nos caracteriza en nuestra niñez, pero que podemos ir perdiendo con el pasar de los años. Seguro se estaran preguntando qué rayos tiene que ver esto con el titulo de este post.
Sucede que hace poco hubo un concurso relacionado con nuevo juego que hará vida en la Blockchain de Hive llamado Ragnarok, si no lo sabes, el concurso consistía en diseñar un logo para el juego, yo no soy diseñador gráfico o artista, pero este juego me tiene muy animado y emocionado porque une dos cosas que me gustan, el ajedrez y la mitología. Lo cierto es que participé en el concurso, y aunque sabía que no iba a ganar porque sé que en Hive hay diseñadores con un talento indecible, decidí participar por diversión, por apoyar el proyecto y quizas brindar alguna idea de diseño,pensé y me dijé: "¿por qué no?"
El concurso cerró el 9 de febrero y días después sería anunciado el ganador. Creo que la decisión estuvo difícil, hubo muy buenas propuestas para el logo del juego. El estimado @theycallmedan nos preguntó en Twitter cual era nuestro logo favortito, muchos respondimos. Eso me pareció increible, porque evidencia como es incluida la comunidad en la toma de decisiones, como somos involucrados en la construcción de la histora de nuestra apreciada blockchain.
Lo cierto ha sido que, poco tiempo después, se anució el ganador. No sé, si los que en twitter apoyamos al logo ganador tuvimos una influencia en la desición, pero fue genial saber que el ganador del concurso fue el diseño que yo consideré como uno de los más grandiosos. Mis felicitaciones al ganador.
Ahora bien, todos los demás que participamos en el concurso del logo no nos fuimos con las manos vacías, nos dieron un lindo obsequio que a mi personalmente me gustó mucho, y me sorprendió mucho de hecho, jamás me esperé un detalle por participar en el concurso del logo.
¿Cúal fue ese obsequio?
Un fabuloso NFT de Abejita
En verdad esto fue una gran sorpresa, recibir este obsequio fue lo que me hizo reflexionar sobre lo que les comenté al principio de este escrito, valorar las pequeñas cosas y por otro lado no perder la capacidad de asombro que nos carácteriza en la niñez.
Vamos con la primera reflexión:
- Apreciar las cosas pequeñas:
Todos los días ocurren cosas, unas en especial pueden atrapar nuestra atención ya que son detalles que quizá nos sorprenden y que para otros no resulte algo muy importante, pero, que para nosotros si lo es. Me ocurrió con este lindo obsequio del NFT. Muchos pueden pensar: "es solo una ilustración de abejita y ya", pero yo que estoy en esta blockchain aprecio algo más que el valor monetario de las cosas, aprecio mucho el valor simbólico de este NFT, y personalmente me encanta la idea de decir que tengo mi NFT de abeja como parte de HIVE. Claro esta, ya me sentía como una abeja mienbro de esta colmena, pero tener este NFT es algo mágico.
Ahora vamos con el otro punto:
- El asombro:
El asombro es una virtud que desarrollamos en la niñez cuando estamos construyendo nuestro mundo. Asombrarnos nos permitía de niños aumentar la curiosidad por aquello que nos asombraba, esas cosas que nos quitaban el aliento por un instante, aunque fuese algo muy simple o sencillo, y poder así dedicarle tiempo y atención. De ese modo las cosas iban formando parte de nosotros y nosotros intentabamos atraparlas en conceptos o vivencias. Lo maravilloso de un niño en su capacidad de asombro es que las cosas más sencillas eran dignas de asombro, lastima que con el pasar de los años, el poder asombrarnos fue diluyendose, se va olvidando, mientras más adultos somos, menos nos asombramos. Eso es verdaderamente una pena, yo intento no perder del todo esta capacidad de asombro.
Personalmente les confieso que al darme cuenta de que me obsequiaron un NFT me alegré mucho, queria correr y mirar como iba a lucír mi abejita, luego de hacer todo el proceso desde mi Keychain y la plataforma dlux.io pude mirar como es mi abejita NFT.
Confieso que el unboxing de mi NFT fue un momento divertido pero ansioso, ya que comenzó a correr un cronometro y ese minuto fue un minuto muy largo. Cuando pude ver mi abejita, lo primero que noté es que usa lentes como yo jajaja Fantástico!!
Luego lo que hice fue cambiar mi imagen de perfil en Hive, Twitter, Telegram y Whatsapp, creo que fue en ese orden. Queria lucir a los cuatro vientos mi NFT. Fue un gesto muy amable el obsequiarnos un NFT a quienes habiamos participado en la dinámica del logo para Ragnarok. Creo que este gesto, por lo menos en mi caso me animó mucho, incentivó mi compromiso con la plataforma. Pues, esta fue mi reflexión a partir de un gesto muy especial.

Wow! My Unboxing of a Hive Honeybee NFT
Greetings friends of Hive!
Today I want to share with you a very personal reflection on the appreciation of the small details of each day and how important it is not to lose the capacity for wonder that characterizes us in our childhood, but that we can lose as the years go by. I'm sure you are wondering what the heck this has to do with the title of this post.
It happens that recently there was a contest related to a new game that will come to life in the Hive Blockchain called Ragnarok, if you do not know, the contest was to design a logo for the game, I am not a graphic designer or artist, but this game has me very excited and excited because it unites two things I like, chess and mythology. The truth is that I participated in the contest, and although I knew I was not going to win because I know that in Hive there are designers with an unspeakable talent, I decided to participate for fun, to support the project and perhaps provide some design idea, I thought and I said to myself: *"why not?
The contest closed on February 9 and days later the winner would be announced. I think the decision was difficult, there were very good proposals for the game logo. The esteemed @theycallmedan asked us on Twitter which was our favorite logo, many of us answered. I found that incredible, because it shows how the community is included in the decision making process, how we are involved in the construction of the history of our beloved blockchain.
The truth was that, shortly after, the winner was announced. I don't know, if those of us on twitter who supported the winning logo had an influence on the decision, but it was great to know that the winner of the contest was the design that I considered as one of the greatest. My congratulations to the winner.
Now, all the rest of us who participated in the logo contest did not leave empty handed, we were given a nice gift that I personally liked very much, and I was very surprised in fact, I never expected such a detail for participating in the logo contest.
What was that gift?

This was really a great surprise, receiving this gift was what made me reflect on what I said at the beginning of this writing, to value the little things and on the other hand not to lose the capacity of astonishment that characterizes us in childhood.
Let's go with the first reflection:
- Appreciate the little things:
Every day things happen, some things in particular can catch our attention because they are details that may surprise us and that for others may not be something very important, but for us it is. It happened to me with this nice gift from NFT. Many may think: "it's just an illustration of a bee and that's it ", but I am in this blockchain and I appreciate something more than the monetary value of things, I appreciate the symbolic value of this NFT, and personally I love the idea of saying that I have my bee NFT as part of HIVE. Of course, I already felt like a bee member of this hive, but having this NFT is something magical.
Now let's go to the other point:
- Astonishment:
Amazement is a virtue we develop in childhood when we are building our world. Being amazed allowed us as children to increase our curiosity for what amazed us, those things that took our breath away for an instant, even if it was something very simple or easy, and to be able to dedicate time and attention to it. In this way, things became part of us and we tried to capture them in concepts or experiences. The wonderful thing about a child's capacity to be amazed is that the simplest things were worthy of astonishment, it is a pity that as the years went by, the power to be amazed was diluted, it was forgotten, the more adults we are, the less we are amazed. That is truly a pity, I try not to lose this capacity of astonishment.
Personally I confess that when I realized that I got a NFT I was very happy, I wanted to run and see how my bee was going to look like, after doing the whole process from my Keychain and the dlux.io platform I could see how my NFT bee looks like.
I confess that the unboxing of my NFT was a fun but anxious moment, as a stopwatch started running and that minute was a very long minute. When I could see my little bee, the first thing I noticed is that she wears glasses like me hahaha Fantastic!!!!
Then what I did was change my profile picture on Hive, Twitter, Telegram and Whatsapp, I think it was in that order. I wanted to show off my NFT to the four winds. It was a very kind gesture to give an NFT to those of us who had participated in the logo dynamics for Ragnarok. I think this gesture, at least in my case, encouraged me a lot, encouraged my commitment to the platform. Well, this was my reflection from a very special gesture.
