Espero se encuentren muy bien y tengan una semana cargada de éxitos. Ha pasado un tiempo desde la última vez que escribí por acá, no me he olvidado de mi amado blog, espero poder volver a escribir más seguido. Hoy me siento muy complacida de poder contarles mi viaje a mi hermoso Carúpano, luego de 3 años pude volver, reencontrarme con mi familia y asistir a la celebración de 15 años de una de mis sobrinas.

I hope you are doing well and have a successful week. It's been a while since I last wrote here, I have not forgotten my beloved blog, I hope to write more often. Today I am very pleased to be able to tell you about my trip to my beautiful Carúpano, after 3 years I was able to return, reunite with my family and attend the celebration of 15 years of one of my nieces.

Hace un tiempo recibí la invitación de mi sobrina para celebrar sus 15 años los cuales se llevarian a cabo en Carúpano, la ciudad donde crecí y a la que por varios motivos no había podido volver hacían 3 años, de momento pensé que no podría asistir de hecho lamenté y dije a mi sobrina que no iba a poder asistir por varias circunstancias, mi mamá estaba conmigo en la ciudad donde vivo ahora y se marchó 2 semanas antes del evento, muy triste porque pensó que yo no estaría presente en los 15 de mi sobrina.

Some time ago I received an invitation from my niece to celebrate her 15 years which would be held in Carúpano, the city where I grew up and to which for various reasons I had not been able to return 3 years ago, at the time I thought I could not attend in fact I regretted and told my niece that I would not be able to attend for various circumstances, my mom was with me in the city where I live now and left 2 weeks before the event, very sad because she thought I would not be present at the 15 of my niece.

Pasaron los días y justo un día antes de la fiesta casi en la noche, mi esposo me pregunta. ¿Será que viajamos mañana para ir a los 15 años? En ese momento mi ojos se iluminaron de felicidad, le respondí con un rotundo -SI, de inmediato fuimos a hacer compras para viajar al día siguiente, esa noche fué muy larga, pues nos quedamos haciendo maletas y preparativos para salir muy temprano, nos acostamos a las 6:00 am y despertamos nuevamente a las 9:am. Cargamos nuestras cosas, y partimos a las 12:30 pm, muy emocionados casi sin dormir.

Days went by and just a day before the party almost at night, my husband asks me, will we travel tomorrow to go to the 15 years? At that moment my eyes lit up with happiness, I answered with a resounding -YES, we immediately went shopping to travel the next day, that night was very long because we stayed up packing and making preparations to leave very early, we went to bed at 6:00 in the morning and woke up again at 9:00 am. We loaded our things, and left at 12:30 pm very excited almost no sleep.

El viaje fué muy largo y agotador, por razones de seguridad viajamos por una vía alterna que es montañosa y solitaria, hubo mucha lluvia y los derrumbes en la vía estaban por todas partes, por suerte llegamos a nuestro destino con bien, uno de mis hermanos y su familia me esperaban muy felices, aún mi mamá ni nadie más sabía que yo iría a Carúpano, nos arreglamos de prisa y llegamos a la celebración a las 12:30 am.

The trip was very long and tiring for security reasons we traveled on an alternate road that is mountainous and lonely, there was a lot of rain and landslides on the road were everywhere, luckily we arrived at our destination well, one of my brothers and his family were waiting for me very happy, even my mom and no one else knew that I would go to Carúpano, we got dressed and hurry and arrived at the celebration at 12:30 am.

Al entrar al lugar al primero que encontré fue a mi hermano, el papá de la quinceañera, se quedó literalmente con la boca abierta, su expresión de sorpresa fue inevitable, no podía creer que estuviese ahí, a esa hora, nunca esperaron que llegara, cuando entré a la recepción mi sobrina estaba bailando el valls, no quise interrumpir, me paré justo en frente de mi mamá con mi hijo en brazos, ella me miraba pero no asimilaba que era yo, al entrar en razón, se sorprendió mucho y empezó a llorar de felicidad. Cuando mi sobrina terminó de bailar me miró y no lo podía creer, corrió a abrazarme muy fuerte, estaba muy feliz, su hermano saltaba de emoción, decía tía viniste, viniste, fué muy emotivo, él tenía muchos días pidiéndome que fuera pero realmente pensé que no asistiría.

When I entered the place the first person I met was my brother, the father of the quinceañera, he literally stood with his mouth open, his expression of surprise was inevitable, he could not believe I was there, at that hour they never expected me to arrive, when I entered the reception my niece was dancing the valls, I did not want to interrupt, I stood right in front of my mom with my son in her arms, she looked at me but did not assimilate that it was me, when she reacted she was very surprised and began to cry with happiness. When my niece finished dancing she looked at me and could not believe it, she ran to hug me very tight, she was very happy, her brother was jumping with excitement, he said aunt you came, you came, it was very emotional, he had many days asking me to go but I really thought he would not attend.

Cuando fuí a mi mesa estaba mi hermana con uno de mis sobrinos, nos abrazamos muy fuerte por un largo rato, teníamos 3 años sin vernos, nadie conocía a mi hijo, no lo habían visto y estaban felices de verlo.
La recepción fué hermosa, me gustó cada detalle, la decoración, la quinceañera parecía una princesa, me siento muy feliz de haber podido asistir, de haberlos sorprendido y sobre todo de haber podido compartir con mi familia una vez más.

When I went to my table there was my sister with one of my nephews, we hugged very tight for a long time, we had 3 years without seeing each other, nobody knew my son, they had not seen him and they were happy to see him.
The reception was beautiful, I loved every detail, the decoration, the quinceañera looked like a princess, I am very happy to have been able to attend, to have surprised them and above all to have been able to share with my family once again.
