¡Mucho gusto #hive y #aliento! Mi nombre es Samuel, pero me apodo Jared en calistenia. Me uno a la blockchain para participar activamente en la comunidad de Hive Calisthenics.
Una de las principales razones por las que inicié en la calistenia fue la inspiración de mis compañeros atletas como @atlashv96 quien me enseñó la disciplina y lo hermoso que es este deporte. La rama de la calistenia que más me gusta es la de los estáticos.
También entreno en el gimnasio, combinándolo con la calistenia para tener buen físico, resistencia, equilibrio, agilidad. Mis ejercicios favoritos de calistenia son las flexiones, las dominadas y las sentadillas.
Hablando un poco sobre mi, estudio el bachillerato en parasistemas, estoy haciendo un curso de panadería y asisto los domingos a la Iglesia. Actualmente tengo mucho tiempo libre, así que pensé en dedicarlo a la blockchain a ver cómo me va.
Tengo casi 1 año entrenando, empecé porque tenía problemas de autoestima y depresión por mi contextura. Un día decidí empezar a hacer flexiones en mi casa y eso supuso un gran cambio en mi vida. La calistenia cambió mi aspecto físico y mi percepción de las cosas, me hizo sentir mejor conmigo mismo y me ayudó a conocer buenas personas. Lo mejor de este deporte es que es gratis y accesible para cualquiera que quiera un cambio en su vida.

One of the main reasons why I started calisthenics was the inspiration of my fellow athletes like @atlashv96 who taught me the discipline and how beautiful this sport is. The branch of calisthenics I like the most is static.
I also train in the gym, combining it with calisthenics to have a good physique, endurance, balance, agility. My favorite calisthenics exercises are push-ups, pull-ups and squats.
Talking a little about me, I study the baccalaureate in parasystems, I am doing a bakery course and I attend church on Sundays. I currently have a lot of free time, so I thought I'd dedicate it to blockchain and see how it goes.
I've been training for almost 1 year, I started because I had self-esteem problems and depression due to my build. One day I decided to start doing push-ups at home and that was a big change in my life. Calisthenics changed my physical appearance and my perception of things, it made me feel better about myself and helped me meet good people. The best thing about this sport is that it is free and accessible to anyone who wants a change in their life.
