Greetings to all the @Aliento community, it's the first time I'm going to write here and the main topic would be Gratitude!
Gracias es una palabra mágica que con el tiempo me he dado cuenta que no debería faltar en nuestro vocabulario diariamente y por todo lo que la vida nos regala y cada apredizaje del dia a dia, ya sea algo negativo, creo que estamos experimentando en este mundo el poder de la palabra, citado en muchos libros y en uno de los más vendidos del mundo que ya se deben de imaginar cual es. digo, (para no tocar el tema religioso) pero siendo muy sincera no pertenezco a ninguna religión solo creo en todos los caminos que me llevan a la luz.
Thank you is a magic word that with time I have realized that it should not be missing in our daily vocabulary and for everything that life gives us and every day learning, whether it is something negative, I think we are experiencing in this world the power of the word, quoted in many books and in one of the best sellers in the world that you can imagine what it is. I say, (not to touch the religious theme) but being very sincere I do not belong to any religion I just believe in all the ways that lead me to the light.
El porque vine aquí hablar de Gratitud es algo maravilloso (risas) nunca me he ganado rifas, o concursos y menos en ninguna plataforma digital. Les cuento que la mañana de ayer me desperté un poco desanimada y decidí ver el telegram y el proveedor de buenas noticias el amigo @oscargonzalez123 que era una de las ganadoras del concurso endulzate con hive food jajaja salte de alegría. Ah! ya recordé que solo a los 10 años me había ganado un disco de servando y florentino por simular la vuelta con las caderas, (para los que no sepan de ese baile, busque en youtube el pasito de salserin o los hermanos primera y entenderán de qué les hablo). Ahora mi segundo concurso en @hivefood les presente una torta roja combinada con una jalea de cupuaçu, hermanos realmente es una delicia para los amantes del dulce.
Why I came here to talk about Gratitude is something wonderful (laughs) I have never won raffles, or contests and even less in any digital platform. I tell you that yesterday morning I woke up a little discouraged and decided to see the telegram and the provider of good news the friend @oscargonzalez123 that I was one of the winners of the contest sweeten yourself with hive food hahaha jump for joy. Ah! I remembered that only at 10 years old I had won a record of servando and florentino for simulating the turn with the hips, (for those who do not know that dance, look on youtube the pasito de salserin or the brothers first and you will understand what I'm talking about). Now for my second contest in @hivefood I present a red cake combined with a cupuaçu jelly, brothers really is a delight for sweet lovers.
pero continuando aquí con la gratitud, una vez escuche hablar a mi abuelo pedro (que en paz descanse) que la gratitud abre puertas extraordinarias incluso de la abundancia en todos los sentidos, que teníamos que agradecer, el amanecer, la comida, el dia, el agua que bebíamos y todas nuestras experiencias seas buena o malas porque de ellas aprendemos.
but continuing here with gratitude, I once heard my grandfather pedro (may he rest in peace) say that gratitude opens extraordinary doors to abundance in every way, that we had to be grateful for the sunrise, the food, the day, the water we drank and all our experiences whether good or bad because we learn from them.
También leí muchas cosas sobre la gratitud y lo que más llamó mi atención es que la gratitud tiene el beneficio de reducir las emociones negativas, expresar nuestra gratitud refuerza nuestra autoestima, nos ayuda a afrontar mejor la ansiedad y el estrés y también a fortalecer las relaciones personales.

I also read many things about gratitude and what caught my attention the most is that gratitude has the benefit of reducing negative emotions, expressing our gratitude reinforces our self-esteem, helps us to cope better with anxiety and stress and also to strengthen personal relationships.

Entonces decidí practicar más a fondo la gratitud y aprovechar este post para agradecer a mi prima @andreacelestevb que fue la que me invitó a escribir en hive ya sea para desahogarme, colocar mis recetas e incluso hasta para monetizar ya que estoy sin empleo por el momento.
So I decided to practice gratitude more thoroughly and take advantage of this post to thank my cousin @andreacelestevb who was the one who invited me to write on hive either to vent, post my recipes and even to monetize since I'm unemployed at the moment.
