This allowed me to establish a small guide, besides the fact that each community indicates in its right column, the description and rules to consider.
Desde un aspecto meramente subjetivo y siguiendo las ideas iniciales de nuestros amigos de @escuadron201, hago mi aporte a esta interesante iniciativa, dando mi opinión sobre ¿Cómo crees que deberían ser los hivers? y ¿Cómo crees que deberían evolucionar?
Para ser sincero, pensé que responder estas preguntas sería más sencillo jajaja, porque parecen ser cosas triviales pero cuando le damos una mirada profunda, vemos su importancia y los diversos aspectos que pueden conformar esa especia de hiver o usuario modelo dentro de a plataforma.
From a purely subjective aspect and following the initial ideas of our friends from @escuadron201, I make my contribution to this interesting initiative, giving my opinion on How do you think hivers should be? and How do you think they should evolve?
To be honest, I thought that answering these questions would be easier hahaha, because they seem to be trivial things but when we take a deep look, we see its importance and the various aspects that can make up that kind of hiver or model user within a platform.
Creo que un hiver debe ser autodidacta y un investigador incansable; esa sería su primera etapa, una en la que dedica tiempo para leer a otros usuarios y comentar en las publicaciones que considere importantes o de su agrado; en esa parte del trayecto, mientras investiga y se va dando a conocer, casi de manera natural, va consiguiendo su espacio o su nicho, donde siente que se expresa con mayor facilidad (donde sus fortalezas se arraiguen y florezcan) Esto lo digo, desde el enfoque de alguien que no tuvo esa guía y a quien le costó un poco más, en ese inicio.
I believe that a hiver should be self-taught and a tireless researcher; that would be his first stage, one in which he dedicates time to read other users and comment on the publications he considers important or to his liking; in that part of the journey, while he investigates and makes himself known, almost in a natural way, he gets his space or his niche, where he feels that he expresses himself more easily (where his strengths take root and flourish). I say this from the point of view of someone who did not have that guidance and who found it a little more difficult at the beginning.
Como parte de la evolución del hiver, encontramos el momento para activar nuestro poder creativo y por muchas virtudes y defectos que podamos tener, la honestidad debe estar a la vanguardia; de manera que el ser humano detrás de su nombre de usuario, debe ser transparente, jugar limpio y tratar de que esos valores se masifiquen dentro de nuestro ecosistema. Quizás el mito del hivers perfecto no existe, pero extrañamente he visto contenido sobrevalorado, también cuando hay contenidos de gran calidad que considero debiera tener mayor apoyo, pero son cosas que escapan de nuestras manos. No veo a @Hive como una gallina de huevos de oro (monetariamente hablando), sino más bien como el lugar perfecto para crecer como un creador de contenido. Eso jamás lo imaginé hace un año, pero es algo que forma parte de mi vida. Aunque en ocasiones las herramientas nos limitan jajaja, porque he sufrido con la señal de datos para subir un contenido. Sin embargo, nuestras ideas jamás tendrán límites para seguir adelante.
Maybe the myth of the perfect hivers doesn't exist, but strangely I have seen overrated content, also when there is great quality content that I consider should have more support, but these are things that are out of our hands. I don't see @Hive as a golden goose (monetarily speaking), but rather as the perfect place to grow as a content creator. I never imagined that a year ago, but it's something that is part of my life. Although sometimes the tools limit us hahaha, because I have suffered with the data signal to upload a content. However, our ideas will never have limits to move forward.
