Hola amigos hivers les quiero contar cómo he ido afrontando situaciones que según el ángulo o perspectiva que la veas serán complicada o no.
A lo largo de estos años he pasado por situaciones que según mi visión eran complejas o difíciles de afrontar, lo que me llevaba constantemente a posponer planes /acciones o simplemente no terminaba con mis obligaciones diarias, ya que dichas circunstancias me perturbaban constantemente mi mente y mi vida.
Comprendí que nada en esta vida es color de rosa, pero no por ello debemos dejar de vivirla y afrontarla, los roces, las dificultades, los momentos duros, los momentos tristes, todo obstáculo que nos ponga la vida es una enseñanza que a lo largo del tiempo nos dará la fortaleza y la confianza de formar ese ser que siempre hemos querido ser.
Tomé algunos conceptos de filosofías antiguas o simplemente opté por tomar la vida desde una perspectiva más tranquila que los demás.
-Aprendi que lo que no está en mis manos resolver no debe angustiarme.
-Deje de pensar tanto en el pasado, Tanto por lo que hice que por lo que dejé de hacer(no podemos hacer nada para cambiarlo).
-Entendí que toda circunstancia pasa por algo y no es el azar de la vida, todo tiene un fin y un propósito, en nosotros queda cómo asumimos esa situación.
-Antes de tomar cualquier decisión, primero respiro, me calmo, analizo los pro y los contras posteriormente tomó acción.
-Deje de victimizarme ante la sociedad, debemos entender que nosotros somos responsables y debemos asumir con gallardía cada reto que nos ponga la vida.
De esa manera aprendí a lidiar con situaciones complejas, buscándole solución a lo que está en mis manos resolver, entendiendo la contraparte, y buscando siempre llegar a un punto de bien común.

Hello Hivers friends, I want to tell you how I have been facing situations that, depending on the angle or perspective you see them, will be complicated or not.
Throughout these years I have gone through situations that, according to my vision, were complex or difficult to face, which led me to constantly postpone plans/actions or simply not finish with my daily obligations, since these circumstances constantly disturbed my mind and my life.
I understood that nothing in this life is rosy, but that does not mean we should stop living it and facing it, the friction, the difficulties, the hard moments, the sad moments, every obstacle that life puts before us is a lesson that throughout Time will give us the strength and confidence to form that being that we have always wanted to be.
I took some concepts from ancient philosophies or simply chose to take life from a calmer perspective than others.
-I learned that what is not in my hands to solve should not distress me.
-Stop thinking so much about the past, both about what I did and what I stopped doing (we can't do anything to change it).
-I understood that every circumstance happens for a reason and is not the chance of life, everything has an end and a purpose, it is up to us how we assume that situation.
-Before making any decision, first I breathe, I calm down, I analyze the pros and cons and then I take action.
-Stop victimizing myself before society, we must understand that we are responsible and we must gallantly assume every challenge that life gives us.
In this way I learned to deal with complex situations, looking for a solution to what is in my power to solve, understanding the counterpart, and always seeking to reach a point of common good.
