Good morning my friends from @aliento a big hug to all of you I hope you are very well and full of blessings and health which is the most important thing today I come to talk about the importance of having a strong bond as a teacher with the students.
Resulta que desde el año escolar pasado soy profesora guía de unos estudiantes que actualmente ya están en cuarto año de bachillerato yo además de ser su profesora de matemáticas les doy la parte de guiatura donde aprovecho más que todo en hablar con ellos la parte emocional y como se sienten mi esposo me dice debiste estudiar psicología jejejej y bueno realmente esa carrera también me gustaba muchísimo y tengo mucha conexión para hablar y ayudar a las personas en sentimientos y emociones, mis estudiantes son 33 y la mayoría tienen muchos problemas familiares porque viven en familias disfuncionales y con un autoestima bastante bajo que muchas veces les afecta para sus rendimientos académicos , con gran parte de este grupo e tenido mucha conexión y e puesto en marcha el optimismo, el entusiasmo y la paciencia para ayudarlos a que su formación académica mejore porque realmente son chicos muy buenos y inteligentes.
It turns out that since last school year I am a teacher guide of some students who are currently in their fourth year of high school, besides being their math teacher I give them the part of guidance where I take advantage more than anything to talk to them the emotional part and how they feel my husband tells me you should have studied psychology jejejej and well really that career I also liked a lot and I have a lot of connection to talk and help people with feelings and emotions, My students are 33 and most of them have many family problems because they live in dysfunctional families and with a very low self-esteem that often affects their academic performance, with most of this group I had a lot of connection and I put in place the optimism, enthusiasm and patience to help them improve their academic training because they really are very good and smart kids.
Yo en esta área realizó juegos cognitivos donde se pueda destacar la confianza, seguridad y sobretodo motivarlos a que pueden lograr muchísimas cosas buenas para su futuro , es por esto que uno de los contextos que realizo es crear un ambiente donde se sientan seguros para así perder el miedo y fortalecer la confianza y establecer mutuo respeto siempre respetando si no quiere participar y hablar.
He visto gran avance en esta técnica porque muchos se han sentido conmigo en confianza para hablar sobre problemas familiares y se han podido desahogar y e visto que ha aumentado su seguridad en sí mismos y se han propuesto fijar metas para alcanzarlos, estar en esta edad de 15 a 16 años no es fácil y si no se cuenta con un apoyo familiar firmé en el hogar más difícil se pone la situación ya que muchos de estos niños viven prácticamente solos porque sus padres trabajan todo el día y no tienen convivencia con ellos donde ellos se sienten desplazados y su autoestima es baja.
In this area I perform cognitive games where I can highlight the confidence, security and above all motivate them that they can achieve many good things for their future, which is why one of the contexts that I perform is to create an environment where they feel safe to lose fear and strengthen trust and establish mutual respect always respecting if they do not want to participate and talk.
I have seen great progress in this technique because many have felt with me in confidence to talk about family problems and have been able to unburden themselves and I have seen that has increased their self-confidence and have set goals to achieve them, being at this age of 15 to 16 years is not easy and if you do not have a firm family support at home the situation is more difficult because many of these children live practically alone because their parents work all day and do not have coexistence with them where they feel displaced and their self-esteem is low.
Mi última actividad con ellos fue hablar sobre su identidad y orientación vocacional y la gran mayoría me manifestaba que al sacar el bachillerato no seguirían estudiando sino que se pondrían a trabajar para no ser una carga para su familia 😔, confieso mis ojos se aguarón porque cual será nuestro futuro si los estudiantes no quieren estudiar y prepararse profesionalmente ya que la situación país está muy difícil y solo anhelan poder cumplir la mayoría de edad y independizarse para no ser una carga más de sus padres, este lugar donde está ubicado el liceo donde trabajo es de clase bastante baja ya que la mayoría son personas que han sido desplazadas de sus hogares por tragedias naturales como fue el caso de la tragedia de Vargas hace 22 años la cual fue producto de deslaves, inundaciones por causa de lluvias intensas que destruyeron parte del estado y cambiaron la vida de muchos padres de estos niños que fueron ubicados en Cumaná especificamente en la zona de brisas del golfo y la gran mayoría de estas familias son madres solteras que no cuentan con el apoyo paterno.
My last activity with them was to talk about their identity and vocational orientation and the vast majority told me that after graduating from high school they would not continue studying but would start working to not be a burden to their family 😔, I confess my eyes watered because what will be our future if students do not want to study and prepare themselves professionally since the country situation is very difficult and they only yearn to reach the age of majority and become independent to not be a burden to their parents, This place where the high school where I work is located is quite low class because most are people who have been displaced from their homes by natural tragedies as was the case of the tragedy of Vargas 22 years ago which was the result of landslides, floods due to heavy rains that destroyed part of the state and changed the lives of many parents of these children who were located in Cumana specifically in the area of brisas del golfo and the vast majority of these families are single mothers who do not have parental support.
Estos niños para mí son una parte fundamental en mi vida porque los quiero mucho y porque se que tienen un gran potencial que será de gran importancia para su futuro es por eso que motivo su confianza en sí mismo y con los demás para que así aprendan a reconocer sus habilidades y controlar cualquier tipo de conductas negativas que no les atrae nada positivo para su vida, además puedan potenciar la confianza y su entusiasmo para lograr sus metas propuestas a futuro, me gusta enseñarles con pasión para que se motiven a aprender y comprendan la importancia de los estudios y sientan lo bonito que es el sentido de logro y que también los ayuda a su evaluación personal
Me siento muy orgullosa de mis estudiantes en su primer lapso académico porque la gran mayoría un 98% salió muy bien en todas sus materias y aunque aquí en mi país Venezuela no le dan la gran importancia del gran valor que tiene el rol del docente para el desarrollo de habilidades, crecimiento personal y motivación yo estoy feliz de aportar un granito de arena en cada uno de mis estudiantes que se que en un futuro serán grandes profesionales .

These children for me are a fundamental part of my life because I love them very much and because I know that they have a great potential that will be of great importance for their future, that is why I motivate their confidence in themselves and with others so that they learn to recognize their abilities and control any kind of negative behaviors that do not attract anything positive for their lives, I like to teach them with passion so that they are motivated to learn and understand the importance of their studies and feel how beautiful is the sense of achievement and that also helps them in their personal evaluation.
I feel very proud of my students in their first academic term because the vast majority (98%) did very well in all their subjects and although here in my country Venezuela they do not give the great importance of the great value of the role of the teacher for the development of skills, personal growth and motivation I am happy to contribute a grain of sand in each of my students that I know that in the future they will be great professionals.
