I hope you are feeling great 😌 I'm fine, super happy ❤️ although I owe you many explanations I know 😅 I was absent not one, not two but a whole week since my last post, but everything has an explanation 😌, one of them is that I was without internet all this time😭 and the other one, is that as you read in the title I was finally able to move into the apartment of my previous post of the chronicles part I 🤣 because the truth is many of the things that have happened to me in this process of moving and renting 😓 in most of them I was anxious 🤣.

To refresh your memory, in my previous post about that this, I told you that I wanted to move out of my previous residence, although I have never told you why, basically it is because the place was no longer comfortable to live, being it a price of $60 plus internet but living under constant stress without sleeping well at night, which led me to square with the help of another fellow resident and his brother in looking for something better, after we are here.

Of course we had to go through several offers and unsustainable rents, but as the saying goes that no one lacks God, and we did not lack and we were able to get a realtor who got us this apartment, furnished, affordable to pay monthly and flexible with the advance payment 🤔. And we agreed to move in on Saturday May 18th, that is a few days ago 🤣.

My partner and I counted the days to move, and until it finally arrived, that day was the busiest for us, first the contract signing was supposed to be at 2pm, but I had to do things early which gave me a chance to have lunch at 1pm and my partner wanted to move forward the move with a pickup truck, but at about 2:30 (we are already late) they called us that we had to go already because the landlady needed to leave because she is not from the city 🧐.

Well, we went as fast as we could excited, the 3 of us signed the contract, having already read it previously, the apartment was given to us more equipped than it was, even with a kitchen set 😌, the landlady finished explaining some things to us and gave us the keys. Although there was no time to celebrate since we had to return to the residence to finish cleaning the rooms and take out the things we were going to take with us, since we did not want to make several trips.

The detail is that I was carrying a bed 😬 normally when you live in a residence you prefer not to buy things as big as bed, kitchen, or fridge because when you move that you have to take it with you, but I did need bed because no way the room when I arrived at the residence had no bed 🤣 so now I had to take that weight for the apartment. Turns out my partner planned to pay for a pickup for Yumm Rides, but something told me that wasn't going to happen and just at 6pm that happened 🤣.

But, again I tell you, the team always wins 😌 came a friend from the residence who saw us in the rush right there, and gave us a contact number of a friend who does freight and lives from that, which was available that day, he charged us 10$ for that and also everything, including the bed which was what I was worried about, quota 🤣. And all this, inside a vans, which on the outside is small but deceptive but inside it fit half a house 🤣.

And so it was like that at 8pm at night, perched in the vans, and me as I could on top of the knobs, we went to the apt, we unloaded the stuff in the parking lot, and we started to take the stuff upstairs. The good thing is that there are three of us, so we started with the small stuff and left my bed last to bring it up in one go, although I had to rest on the stairs 🤣🤣. And by 9pm, everything was in place, well, unpacked 🤣 but we were settled 😌.

And well my dear readers ❤️ these were my moving chronicles 😅 conclusions, moving is super stressful but fun if you know how to handle it 🤣. On the other hand I owe you more photos of that day but between things and the move I didn't even have time to talk to anyone by Whatsapp or be aware of the phone 😅. Espero se encuentren muy bien 😌 yo bien, súper feliz ❤️ aunque les debo muchas explicaciones lo sé 😅 me ausente no una, ni dos sino una semana entera desde mi último post, pero todo tiene una explicación 😌, una de ella es que estuve sin internet todo este tiempo😭 y la otro, es que como leen en el título por fin me pude mudar al apartamento de mi anterior post de la crónicas parte I 🤣 porque la verdad son muchas de las cosas que me han pasado en este proceso de mudanza y alquiler 😓 en la mayoría estuve ansioso 🤣

Para refrescarles la memoria, en mi anterior post sobre ese esto, les comenté que me quería mudar de mi anterior residencia, aunque nunca les he el porqué, básicamente es porque el sitio ya no era cómodo para vivir, siendo él un precio de 60$ más el internet pero viviendo bajo una tensión constante sin dormir bien en las noches, lo que me llevó a cuadrar con ayuda de otro compañero de residencia y su hermano en buscar algo mejor, después de estamos aquí.

Por supuesto que tuvimos que pasar por varias ofertas y alquileres insostenibles, pero como dice el dicho que nadie le falta Dios, y a nosotros no nos faltó y pudimos conseguir a una agente inmobiliaria que nos consiguió este apartamento, amueblado, accesible para pagar mensualmente y flexible con el adelanto del pago 🤔. Y cuadramos en mudarnos el sábado 18 de Mayo, o sea hace unos días 🤣.

Mi compañero y yo contábamos los días para mudarnos, y hasta que al fin llegó, ese día fue de más movida para nosotros, primero la firma del contrato debía darse a las 2pm, pero yo debía hacer cosas temprano lo cual me dio chance almorzar a la 1pm y mi compañero quería adelantar la mudanza con una camioneta pickup, pero a eso de las 2:30(ya estamos tarde) nos llamaron de que debíamos ir ya porque la señora arrendadora necesitaba irse porque ella no es de la ciudad 🧐

Bueno, fuimos lo más rápido que pudimos emocionados, los 3 firmamos el contrato, ya habiendo leído previamente, el apto nos los entregaron más equipado de lo que estaba hasta con juego de cocina 😌, la señora arrendadora nos terminó de explicar algunas cosas y nos entregó las llaves. Aunque no hubo tiempo de celebrar ya que debíamos regresar a la residencia a terminar de limpiar los cuartos y sacar las cosas que nos íbamos a llevar, ya que no queríamos hacer varios viajes

El detalle es que yo cargaba una cama 😬 normalmente cuando uno vive residenciado prefiere no comprar cosas tan grandes como cama, cocina, o nevera porque al mudarse eso te lo tienes que llevar, pero yo sí necesitaba cama porque ni modo la habitación cuando llegue a la residencia no tenía cama 🤣 entonces ahora debía llevarme ese peso para el apartamento. Resulta que mi compañero planificó pagar una pickup por Yumm Rides, pero algo me decía que eso no se iba a dar y justo a las 6pm eso paso 🤣

Pero, nuevamente les digo, el equipo siempre gana 😌 llegó una amiga de la residencia quien nos vio en el apuro ahí justo, y nos dió un número de contacto de un amigo que hace flete y vive de eso, el cual estaba disponible ese día, nos cobró 10$ por eso y además todo, incluyendo la cama que era lo que me preocupaba, cupo 🤣. Y todo esto, dentro de una vans, que por fuera es pequeña pero engañosa pero por dentro cabía media casa 🤣

Y así fue como a las 8pm de la noche, encaramados en la vans, y yo como pude arriba de los peroles, nos fuimos al apto, bajamos las cosas en el estacionamiento, y nos pusimos a subir las cosas. Lo bueno es que somos tres, entonces comenzamos con lo pequeño y dejamos la cama mía de último para subirla de un solo golpe, aunque tuve que descansar en las escaleras 🤣🤣. Y ya a las 9pm, todo estaba en su sitio, bueno, sin desempacar 🤣 pero ya estábamos instalados 😌.

Y bueno mis queridos lectores ❤️ estas fueron mis crónicas de mudanza 😅 conclusiones, mudarse es súper estresante pero divertido si lo sabes llevar 🤣. Por otro lado les debo más fotos de ese día pero es que entre las cosas y la movida no me dió tiempo ni de hablar con nadie por Whatsapp ni estar pendiente del teléfono 😅.
