Hive: Comenzando desde cero una nueva experiencia 👏
Este es mi post de presentación en esta comunidad! Soy Samuel Rodríguez, tengo 26 años y soy de Venezuela, específicamente de la capital, Caracas.
This is my introduction post in this community! I am Samuel Rodriguez, I am 26 years old and I am from Venezuela, specifically from the capital, Caracas.
I have been a graphic designer for 5 years, I have always liked all kinds of digital art and although it is a career in which we always need to be updating our knowledge, I still like it very much.
Soy diseñador grafico desde hace 5 años, siempre me gusto todo tipo de arte digital y aunque es una carrera en la que siempre se necesita estar actualizando nuestros conocimientos aun me sigue gustando muchísimo.
Dibujar es como un escape para el alma o no? | Drawing is like an escape for the soul or not?
Sinceramente no recuerdo cuando empecé a dibujar, quizás a los 10 años o mas, lo que se es que en mi familia el pintar y hacer manualidades (sobretodo mi mama y mi tío) siempre era algo normal y dibujar es algo natural para mi.
I honestly don't remember when I started drawing, maybe when I was 10 years old or more, what I know is that in my family painting and doing crafts (especially my mom and uncle) was always something normal and drawing is something natural for me.
Hace unos años comencé a dibujar de manera mas constante al ser algo que me apasiona y que quiero mejorar, sin embargo no logre mi objetivo y pasaron al menos 2 años hasta que tome la decisión de hacerlo uno de mis hobbies por excelencia. Aunque también los juegos son una parte permanente en mi vida y han definido quien soy y muchos de mis intereses ahora hago de los dos algo importante en mi vida.
A few years ago I began to draw more constantly as it is something that I am passionate about and that I want to improve, however I did not achieve my goal and it took at least 2 years until I made the decision to make it one of my hobbies par excellence. Although games are also a permanent part of my life and have defined who I am and many of my interests, now I make both important in my life.

Normalmente solo trabajo como diseñador pero también he realizado varias comisiones para personas que han emprendido como streamers o tiktokers, todas mis ilustraciones las hago en Clip Studio Paint.
Normally I only work as a designer but I also made several commissions for people who have started as streamers or tiktokers, all my illustrations are done in Clip Studio Paint.

Tomar decisiones y actuar muchas veces no es facil, cuando comienzas una nueva etapa en tu vida muchas veces no sabes el rumbo al que te diriges, y mucho menos lo que te traerá dicha aventura, pero nuestras decisiones son lo que nos definen y sin ponerme filosófico puedo decir que con cada decisión que tomamos, confiamos mas en nosotros mismos. Eso nos permite ser capaces de superarnos, afrontar retos y progresar de manera constante.
Making decisions and acting is often not easy, when you begin a new stage in your life, many times you do not know the direction you are headed, much less what that adventure will bring you, but our decisions are what define us and without putting philosophically I can say that with each decision we make, we trust ourselves more. This allows us to be able to improve ourselves, face challenges and progress constantly.

Una nueva oportunidad | A new opportunity
In a few words, this is how I got here, making decisions, accepting challenges and trying to improve myself, trying to be more constant and looking for the change that life offers me, enjoying things like anime, games and my work. I started watching anime when I was little and games are something natural in my way of being, I have played all kinds of games and seen any amount of anime (but I don't like gore) and I can say that many have taught me more than I that I could imagine
En pocas palabras asi es como llegue aqui, tomando decisiones, aceptando retos y tratando de superarme a mi mismo, tratando de ser mas constante y buscando el cambio que me ofrece la vida, disfrutando de cosas como el anime, los juegos y mi trabajo. Comence a ver anime desde pequeño y los juegos son algo natural en mi forma de ser, he jugado de todo tipo de juegos y visto cualquier cantidad de anime (pero el gore no me gusta) y puedo decir que muchos me han enseñado mas de lo que podria imaginar.
I have had the opportunity to play games that change your perspective on many things, but that I could easily recommend, such as the PERSONA saga, especially PERSONA 4 and 5, Undertale, Bioshock, among other games that many people would find addictive League of Legends, COD (Call of Duty), WoW (World of Warcraft) but that have given me thousands of hours of fun and frustration.
He tenido la oportunidad de jugar juegos que cambian tu perspectiva con respecto a muchas cosas, pero que facilmente podria recomendar, como la saga PERSONA en especial PERSONA 4 y 5, Undertale, Bioshock, entre otros juegos que mucha gente considerarian adictivos League of Legends, COD( Call of Duty), WoW (World of Warcraft) pero que me han regalado miles de horas de diversion y tambien de frustracion.
¿Cómo supe de Hive? | How did I know about Hive?
Llegue a conocer y a escuchar de Hive en gran parte por mi novia @helloisalbani, por seguir en otras redes a ilustradoras como @grisvisa y tener conocidos que usan Hive, al conocer como funcionaba y aprender de ello me dio mucha mas curiosidad y decidi crearme una cuenta para hacer lo que me gusta( crear contenido y mejorar continuamente), con el beneficio adicional de que sea recompensado, lo cual ayuda muchisimo para alcanzar muchas metas.
I got to know and hear about Hive largely because of my girlfriend @helloisalbani, for following illustrators like @grisvisa on other networks and having acquaintances who use Hive, knowing how it worked and learning from it made me much more curious and I decided to create one. account to do what I like (create content and continuously improve), with the additional benefit of being rewarded, which helps a lot to achieve many goals.
Se que no sera un camino facil ni rapido pero todo exito requiere esfuerzo y determinacion para ser recompensado, y es algo por lo cual estoy muy motivado. Vaya me salio una rima y todo 😅
I know it won't be an easy or fast path but all success requires effort and determination to be rewarded, and it is something for which I am highly motivated. Wow I got a rhyme and everything 😅
