The latest popular and digital addition to the world of this addiction is the addiction of Facebook. As the days go by, this addiction is becoming more and more prevalent. নেশা। আবার কারো কারো মদের নেশা অথবা ড্রাগের নেশা এসব নেশার কথা আমরা সবসময় শুনে থাকি। এই নেশার জগতে সর্বশেষ জনপ্রিয় এবং ডিজিটাল সংযোজন হল ফেসবুকের নেশা।যত দিন যাচ্ছে এ নেশা ততই ব্যাপক আকার দেখা দিচ্ছে আমাদের যুবসমাজের মারবো।ফেসবুক আমাদের জীবন থেকে অনেক মূল্যবান সময় গুলো কে কেড়ে নিচ্ছে। এমনকি চিকিৎসকরাও একে ফেসবুক অ্যাডিকশন ডিজঅর্ডার নামে একটি রোগের সংজ্ঞায়িত করেছেন. আপনি এই ভয়াবহ রোগে আসক্ত কি না কিভাবে বুঝবেনআমরা সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে সর্বপ্রথম কাজ হল ফেসবুক চেক করা। এমনকি খাওয়া-দাওয়া বাদ দিও আগে ফেসবুকে ঢোকা। আবার ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার সময় ও সর্বশেষ কাজ হল ফেসবুক চেক করা। অস্থির লাগা অল্পতেই রেগে যাওয়া ইত্যাদি।আপনাকে যদি কেউ কোনদিন বলে যে আপনি কি ফেসবুক ইউজ করতে দেওয়া হবে না তাহলে আপনি এটা মানতেই পারবেন না। কারণ আমরা এটার প্রতি আসক্ত হয়ে পড়েছি।ফেসবুকে আপনার হাজার হাজার বন্ধু থাকার পরও যদি আপনি নিঃসঙ্গ বোধ করেন আপনি ভাবেন আপনার কোন ভালো বন্ধু নেই তাহলে আপনি বুঝবেন এটার প্রতি আপনি পুরোপুরিভাবে আসক্ত। বন্ধুরা আজ এ পর্যন্তই। সকলে ভাল থাকুন সুস্থ থাকুন এবং যথাসম্ভব চেষ্টা করুন ফেসবুক থেকে দূরে থাকার। আল্লাহ হাফেজ।
