Es preocupante ver como los servicios de mi país van desmejorando y cada vez de manera más evidente y acelerada, no sé si llamarme ineptitud, descuido, falta de previsión y/o visión, descuido o que sé yo. Desde hace meses padezco por varios servicios y cada vez es más seguido y por más que uno trate de no estresarse es algo partidamente imposible.

Ahora bien, ¿por dónde comenzar mi catarsis? Una de las primeras veces que recuerdo tener fallas con uno de los servicios fue por sequía, en ese momento no se podía atribuir a esto a la empresa del estado encargada de este servicio, pero luego cuando ya el tener internet no era cuestión de lujo, sino de necesidad, el día menos pensado el servicio fallo en toda la zona por un mes.

De mis problemas con el agua, he compartido varias publicaciones, pero como no seguir con el tema, si el agua es algo tan necesario, recuerdo que en casa nunca faltaba el agua, nos la enviaban dos veces por semana y al temer un tanque en él edifico, era muy, pero raro que nos quedamos sin agua.

Pero desde hace no sé exactamente cuándo, solo la envían dos días a la semana, actualmente los fines de semana, así que si se vacía el tanque del edificio nos quedamos sin agua, así que en casa solemos estar preparados para unos pocos días, pero si se extienden es una verdadera tragedia para todos.

La luz era de los servicios que menos fallaba, pero por lo antiguo de la Urbanización, 65 años aproximadamente, todo se deteriora, además de que el diseño de hace 65 años no va acorde con el consumo y la situación actual, así el transformador de luz está situado como dentro de una alcantarilla que suele llenarse de agua en temporada de lluvias, lo que ocurría esporádicamente.

Ahora, desde hace unos años los problemas con estos tres servicios han aumentado mucho, el internet se avería cada vez por más tiempo, tres meses, seis meses, y actualmente tengo 4 meses sin ABA, afortunadamente no dude en solicitar el servicio de internet por fibra óptica a una compañía privada o estaría publicando con uso de datos.

En cuanto al agua he notado que ya es como costumbre que cada 2 o 3 semanas se presente una avería de algún tipo en el Sistema Tuy II y nos hagan la vida imposible, la semana pasada estuve sin agua y eso fue una verdadera tortura, a muchos vecinos nos tocó recoger agua de lluvia para bajar el retrete, esto me hace pensar seriamente en que esta crisis continuara y se agudizara y que debo poner otro tanque con mayor capacidad para así tener agua en momentos como esos.

Por otra parte, en lo que se refiere la luz hace 7 años nos cambiaron el trasformador, con sinceridad poco había fallado y era principalmente como ya mencione, porque se llenaba de agua el lugar en el que se encuentra, pero hace dos semanas se cayó una fase y unos apartamentos tenían luz y otros no, la falla nos hizo saber tres cosas, una que teníamos un fusible dañado, dos que el trasformador en cualquier momento se puede dañar y tercero que hay una filtración de aguas servidas que va a dar al lugar en el que está el trasformador, ah y sin olvidar que algún vecino mal viviente hizo una remodelación y lanzo parte de sus escombros allí.

Como si esto fuera poco, una noche de las que estuvimos sin agua se fue la luz aproximadamente a las 2 am y volvimos a disfrutar de ella luego de las 11 de la mañana, de verdad es tan frustrante ver como los servicios de mi país van desmejorando cada día. Es horrible y muy triste saber que en una misma semana has estado sin internet, sin agua y sin luz y que simplemente como decimos aquí en Venezuela hay que calársela y pagar los absurdos aumentos de los servicios, lo cuales no ves reflejados en la calidad y mantenimiento de los mismos.

Finalmente, siento que mi país, en cuanto a servicios por no tocar otros temas o áreas, está viviendo una terrible involución, uno ya no sabe a quién recurrir para que te solucione una situación porque haces reportes y te continúan cobrando, hay una tubería rota y los encargados del servicio no saben dónde están ubicadas las mismas y te envían a ti a buscar los planos y así es para todo, pero cuando veo todo esto ocurrir recuerdo aquel dicho: “no hay mal que dure mil años ni cuerpo que lo resista”

As for the light 7 years ago we changed the transformer, with sincerity little had failed and it was mainly as I mentioned, because the place where it is located was filled with water, but two weeks ago a phase fell and some apartments had light and others did not, the failure made us know three things, one that we had a damaged fuse, two that the transformer can be damaged at any moment and third that there is a sewage leak that will lead to the place where the transformer is, oh and not forgetting that some bad living neighbor did a remodeling and threw some of his debris there.

As if this were not enough, one of the nights that we were without water, the electricity went out at approximately 2 am and we returned to enjoy it after 11 am, it is really so frustrating to see how the services of my country are getting worse every day. It is horrible and very sad to know that in the same week you have been without internet, without water and without electricity and that simply as we say here in Venezuela, you have to put it on and pay the absurd increases of the services, which you do not see reflected in the quality and maintenance of the same.

Finally, I feel that my country, in terms of services, not to mention other issues or areas, is living a terrible involution, one no longer knows who to turn to to solve a situation because you make reports and they continue to charge you, there is a broken pipe and those in charge of the service do not know where they are located and send you to find the plans and so it is for everything, but when I see all this happening I remember that saying: "there is no evil that lasts a thousand years or body that resists it".
