Días donde la rutina se hace mas pesada; los comentarios graciosos, no los percibes con gracia, los problemas pequeños los percibes como montañas.
¿Te ha pasado que, aunque todo este “en orden” sientes que algo “no cuadra”?
Estos días, aunque no son frecuentes; se sientes eternos; quizá por que pensamos que estar bien es lo “correcto” y que si todo esta bien en nuestra vida; evidentemente; nosotros debemos estar agradecidos y felices porque todo marcha bien.
Sin embargo; nuestra mente y nuestro inconsciente no es un reloj; no es una máquina, no es perfecto y en ocasiones; pequeños detonantes; nos despiertan, nos hacen ser conscientes de que es lo que pasa “bajo la superficie”
Para mí, hoy fue uno de esos días; trato de ser organizada y estructurada con respecto a lo que tengo que hacer en el día; pero desde que me desperté, algo no se sentía bien.
En otras circunstancias quizá; me hubiese “empujado” a hacer todo lo que tenia pendiente; pero hoy en especial, Dia Internacional de La Mujer; decidí darme un chance, detenerme, respirar e ir hacia dentro; para entenderme.
De esa introspección pude concluir que en ocasiones nos sobre exigimos para tratar de demostrar nuestra valía; que trabajas más, estudiamos más, madrugamos más para que vean que “Valemos la pena”
Al final; esta conclusión es errónea; nuestra existencia misma es suficiente para hacernos entender que merecemos ser reconocidas; amadas y protegidas.
Que nuestro valor no esta determinado por nuestros logros; sino, por nuestra esencia misma.
Estos días “grises” no son mis favoritos; pero son necesarios para que bajemos las revoluciones; descansemos y nos recordemos que, a veces, esta bien no estar bien.

Has it ever happened to you that there are days when you are not well and you are not sure why?
Days where the routine gets heavier; the funny comments, you don't perceive them as funny, the small problems you perceive them as mountains.
Has it ever happened to you that, although everything is "in order", you feel that something "does not add up"?
These days, although they are not frequent; they feel eternal; perhaps because we think that to be well is the "right" thing to do and that if everything is well in our life; evidently; we should be grateful and happy because everything is going well.
However; our mind and our unconscious is not a clock; it is not a machine, it is not perfect and sometimes; small triggers; wake us up, make us aware of what is going on "under the surface".
For me, today was one of those days; I try to be organized and structured regarding what I have to do in the day; but since I woke up, something didn't feel right.
In other circumstances perhaps; I would have "pushed" myself to do everything I had pending; but today in particular, International Women's Day; I decided to give myself a chance, stop, breathe and go inside; to understand myself.
From that introspection I could conclude that sometimes we over demand ourselves to try to prove our worth; that we work harder, we study harder, we get up earlier so that they see that "we are worth it".
In the end; this conclusion is wrong; our very existence is enough to make us understand that we deserve to be recognized; loved and protected.
That our value is not determined by our achievements; but, by our very essence.
These "gray" days are not my favorite; but they are necessary for us to slow down; to rest and remind ourselves that, sometimes, it is okay not to be okay.
