Whats up people! I hope you are well. In today's post I come to make an update of my life and to tell you from my heart why I left Hive for a while.
For me it's a challenge to upload this to the internet, since it's a personal post, but at the same time it's like fuck it, let's be real, let's be transparent, let's be human. I think we all go through shitty situations from time to time and that's no reason to feel ashamed. I won't go into details but I will give you the story and my reflections. I hope you enjoy my story, let's get started!✨

¡Que dice la gente!😁 Espero se encuentren muy bien. En el post de hoy vengo a hacer un update de mi vida y a contarles de corazón el porque me fui de Hive por un tiempo.
Para mi es un reto subir esto a internet, ya que es un post personal, pero a la vez es como fuck it, seamos reales, seamos transparentes, seamos humanos. Creo que todos pasamos por situaciones de mierda de vez en cuando y eso no es motivo para sentirse avergonzados. No entraré en detalles pero si les echaré el cuento y mis reflexiones. Getting lost to be found again
Perderse para reencontrarse
En los últimos meses decidí desaparecer de internet, dejé de usar Instagram, Twitter e incluso Hive porque sinceramente empecé a sentir ansiedad al abrir redes sociales. No se si esto les ha pasado alguna vez, pero en mi se volvió recurrente tener una especie de malestar al usar estas plataformas, el estar en una constante comparación me generaba incomodidad hasta caer en el pensamiento de "no estoy haciendo nada con mi vida"😕
In recent months I decided to disappear from the internet, I stopped using Instagram, Twitter and even Hive because I honestly started to feel anxiety when opening social networks. I don't know if this has ever happened to you, but in me it became recurrent to have a kind of discomfort when using these platforms, being in a constant comparison generated discomfort until I fell into the thought of "I'm not doing anything with my life"😕.
El vacío existencial
Entiendo que compararse esta mal, pero a la vez no me parecía mentira lo que me decía 🤷🏻♀️ Cuando empecé a analizar, noté que a pesar de estar subiendo uno que otro post a Hive en realidad no sentía que estuviese haciendo algo sustancioso con mi tiempo y energía. Caí en cuenta de que he estado desperdiciendo mi potencial, sentía que debía nutrirme más y hacer cosas nuevas, pero no sabía ni por donde empezar.
The existential void
I understand that comparing myself is wrong, but at the same time it didn't seem like a lie what I was telling myself 🤷🏻♀️ When I started to analyze, I noticed that even though I was uploading one or another post to Hive I didn't really feel that I was doing something substantial with my time and energy. It dawned on me that I've been wasting my potential, I felt like I needed to nurture myself more and do new things, but I didn't even know where to start.
Decidí viajar a otra ciudad y me aparté de lo que era mi realidad en aquel entonces. Me despejé de algunos problemas pero otros nuevos llegaron, me sentía en la mierda y no sabía que hacer, estaba en un hueco, y cuando ya no pude más me sinceré con mis amigos. No se que sería de mi sin ellos.
Hice videollamadas con muchísimos amigos, algunos a quienes tenía años sin ver, reconecté con seres queridos y esto me salvó, pues el hablar sobre mis sentimientos e inquietudes con personas en las que confío me ayudó muchísimo a salir del estado de tristeza que cargaba. Fue ahí que nuevamente comencé a accionar y adquirir una rutina.
Retomé el yoga con constancia y disciplina, todos los días despertaba a las 6:30 a.m para alistarme y conectarme a las 7 para hacer yoga con una amiga, incluso otros días despertaba aun más temprano para meditar antes del yoga. Esta rutina de la mañana se convirtió en el momento sagrado para mi, me ayudaba con mi mood y a llevar con más calma las situaciones dificles del día.
I decided to travel to another city and got away from what was my reality at the time. I got rid of some problems but new ones came, I felt like shit and I didn't know what to do, I was in a hole, and when I couldn't do it anymore I came clean with my friends. I don't know what I would be without them.
I made video calls with many friends, some of whom I had not seen for years, I reconnected with loved ones and this saved me, because talking about my feelings and concerns with people I trust helped me a lot to get out of the state of sadness that I was carrying. It was then that I started to act again and get into a routine.
Every day I woke up at 6:30 a.m. to get ready and connect at 7:00 a.m. to do yoga with a friend, even other days I woke up even earlier to meditate before yoga. This morning routine became a sacred time for me, it helped me with my mood and to deal more calmly with the difficult situations of the day.
Reconectar
Mis circunstancias nunca cambiaron pero al cabo de unas semanas logré sentirme mejor ante la vida. Las meditaciones guiadas me ayudaron a conectar con el agradecimiento, aprendiendo a agradecer la vida que tengo.
Me aplaudí mis triunfos pasados y me di cuenta de que justo estaba por alcanzar un logro más: mi graduación universitaria. Me permití sentirme bien en medio de la incertidumbre, y me di cuenta que todo esto que siento es un reflejo de que hay cambios que debo hacer en mi vida, entendiendo que es normal sentir miedo, sentirse inseguro, pero que lo importante es accionar, así sienta miedo.
Reconnect
My circumstances never changed but after a few weeks I was able to feel better about life. The guided meditations helped me connect with gratitude, learning to be grateful for the life I have.
I applauded my past triumphs and realized that I was just about to achieve one more accomplishment: my college graduation. I allowed myself to feel good in the midst of uncertainty, and I realized that all this that I feel is a reflection that there are changes that I must make in my life, understanding that it is normal to feel fear, to feel insecure, but that the important thing is to act, even if I feel fear.
Estas sensaciones de incertidumbre, incomodidad y miedo me están permitiendo re-conocerme y ver que es lo que me apasiona hoy día, como quiero alcanzar mis metas y que sacrificios estoy dispuesta a hacer por mi bienestar.
Una oportunidad para hacer reset y evaluar qué cosas me interesan ahora, qué me hace bien y a qué quiero meterle energía. Replantearme qué hacer, cómo hacerlo y cuando hacerlo.
No podemos ser las mismas personas para toda la vida pues sin movimiento y cambio no hay evolución. Estoy en todo un proceso y ahora que regresé a la capital, como parte de estos cambios está el volver a retomar las redes sociales, para afrontar esa ansiedad y asumir el reto de actuar con miedo. Volver a exponerme y salir de mi zona de confort pero esta vez creando algo que me guste y me represente un poco más.
These feelings of uncertainty, discomfort and fear are allowing me to re-know myself and see what I am passionate about today, how I want to achieve my goals and what sacrifices I am willing to make for my well-being.
An opportunity to reset and evaluate what interests me now, what is good for me and what I want to put my energy into. Rethink what to do, how to do it and when to do it.
We cannot be the same people for life because without movement and change there is no evolution. I'm in a whole process and now that I'm back in the capital, as part of these changes is to return to social networks, to face that anxiety and take on the challenge of acting with fear. To expose myself again and get out of my comfort zone but this time creating something that I like and that represents me a little more.
Aún me sigo conociendo día a día, sigo buscando las maneras de expresarme mejor en este mundo y esta experiencia llamada vida. Este post es uno de esas acciones para mover la energía y demostrarme que si puedo subir un post personal que me saque de la zona de confort. Para empezar de una vez a accionar.
De ahora en adelante puede que este blog se convierta en una catarsis además de un centro creativo para mi. Espero me acompañen en el proceso. Gracias por leer hasta el final 🙌🏻

I am still getting to know myself day by day, I am still looking for ways to express myself better in this world and this experience called life. This post is one of those actions to move the energy and show me that I can upload a personal post that takes me out of the comfort zone. To start taking action once and for all.
