Hoy vengo con una catarsis, con fotos mías para seguir sintiéndome increíble, pues de verdad cuando logro tener un guardarropa que, no solo me ayuda físicamente a mostrar mis atributos, sino que me encante y me explote la personalidad, muchas cosas más mentales explotan y siempre amo de las Catarsis soltarlo para releerme y así cambiar pensamientos, como deberían hacer todos en sus catarsis, desahogar, leerse y abrir los ojos.
La mente juega mucho con el pasado, el presente y el futuro, algunos le juega de manera más específica a un lado, a otros hay lados que no importan mucho, pero que difícil querer controlar las tres aunque sea imposible. El típico sentimiento de recordar el pasado y haber deseado decir otras cosas o más cosas, el presente donde a veces te quedas pensando "¿Qué debería hacer ahora?" "¿Qué me toca?" tratando de ordenar las ideas en tu cabeza, y el futuro donde "¿Pasará tal cosa por hacer esto?" "¿Lo lograré?". La mente juega mucho por llenarte de dudas o tal vez de eventos que pudieron o no sabes si pasarán.
Siempre tendré esto en cuenta por las decisiones que he tomado últimamente que me hacen sentir fuera de mi zona de confort, de mi comodidad o de lo que estaba acostumbrada, pero es que lo malo es que no me hacía bien y los demás se acostumbraron a que eso que hacía era lo bueno y lo que debería seguir haciendo, y la verdad no más, aún debo trabajar el que no me importe o tome en cuenta de que dicen los demás sobre mi, pero cuando me entero de sobrenombres, de "frases muy fuertes" que dicen sobre mi, de que debería pasar esto y que soy lo otro, es mi señal de "ya basta, importe o no yo no puedo seguir alimentando que me llamen así o digan esas frases".
El año pasado había tomado la decisión de que la verdad algunas cosas es mejor no hablarlas, pues se malentiende lo que se quiere desahogar o es un mensaje al tipo de persona no correcto, que me pasó mucho en 2023, donde desahogaba tanto que agobie al punto de que me dijeran "es que no soy tu novio para hablar de esto" y lo entendí en un punto de equilibrio, porque igual gracias a dios tengo gente con quien desahogarme aún, pero a los que sé que podrían tener ese pensamiento en su cabeza ya no más, amo hablar las cosas pero ya hasta me demostraron que están de acuerdo conmigo que o no vale la pena o es mejor así. Jamás dejare de comunicarme, desahogar y leerme para seguir corrigiéndome, pero a quienes es lo que seguiré cambiando poquito a poco.

Today I come with a catharsis, with photos of me to continue feeling amazing, because really when I get to have a closet that not only helps me physically to show my attributes, but I love and explode my personality, many more mental things explode and I always love the catharsis to release it to reread and change my thoughts, as everyone should do in their catharsis, unburden, read and open your eyes.
The mind plays a lot with the past, the present and the future, some play more specifically to one side, to others there are sides that do not matter much, but how difficult to want to control all three even if it is impossible. The typical feeling of remembering the past and wishing you had said other things or more things, the present where sometimes you are left thinking “What should I do now?” “What's my turn?” trying to sort out the ideas in your head, and the future where “Will such a thing happen by doing this?” “Will I make it?”. The mind plays a lot of games by filling you with doubts or maybe events that could or you don't know if they will happen.
I will always keep this in mind because of the decisions I have made lately that make me feel out of my comfort zone, out of my comfort or what I was used to, but the bad thing is that it was not good for me and others got used to that what I was doing was the good thing and what I should keep doing, and the truth is no more, I still have to work on not caring or taking into account what others say about me, but when I hear of nicknames, of “very strong phrases” that they say about me, that this should happen and that I am that, it is my sign of “enough, no matter or not I can not continue to feed that they call me that way or say those phrases”.
Last year I had taken the decision that the truth is that some things are better not to talk about them, because it is misunderstood what you want to vent or it is a message to the wrong kind of person, that happened to me a lot in 2023, where I was venting so much that I was overwhelmed to the point of being told “I am not your boyfriend to talk about this” and I understood it in a point of balance, because thank God I still have people to vent to, but to those I know who might have that thought in their head no more, I love to talk about things but they even showed me that they agree with me that it's not worth it or it's better this way. I will never stop communicating, venting and reading to keep correcting myself, but to those I will continue to change little by little.
